Please DO NOT waste your money.
These are poor and cheap looking, extremely thin and i would actually say they should be described as a mat not a rug.

Also despite having a UK web site domain with statements like " the UK's biggest online rug seller" the company is actually based in Sweden. This is extremely misleading and potentially fraudulent advertising.

I wish i had looked at the reviews first, i am now stuck with a cheap piece of tat that cost me over £100 but isn't even worth £20.

I will return it but looking at other reviews a lot of people don't seem to ever get their money back.

I am so disappointed with the rug I purchased. There was a 15% offer code available, but at the checkout stage, there was no where to enter the discount code, I did email the company and received a very quick response with the 15% discount added on. Delivery was longer than stated, but not too bad, however, the rug itself is so disappointing. It is extremely thin and unfortunately leaves prints of whatever, once stood on, literally my dog’s paw print shows, it is that thin. Supposed to be a black rug, but the underneath is showing through on movement of the rug. Would not recommend and would not purchase again. This was not a cheap rug to purchase, I feel like the image on the internet does not match the quality or show the trueness of the rug. Extremely disappointed considering the price I paid. I feel like I paid Debenhams prices for Temu quality. In fact, I believe Temu would be better quality than what I have received from this company. Not the easiest process to return also.

Ordered a plastic mat made by Horredmatta in Sweden.
Exactly like the one I bought a few years ago.
Good quality mat.
But website said delivery within 14 days. It took nearly 28 days because the warehouse didn’t sent it to them in time.
Had to chase them on the phone. Their phone contact hours are limited.
So mat was good but delivery was too slow. Otherwise it would have been 4stars.

It took an awful long time for delivery, then when my rugs arrived there was one missing. I had to contact customer care to ask what had happened to my 3rd rug. I eventually received it. Although I must admit I am happy with the rugs.

My rug is a perfect colour for my lounge, so the website colour was accurate. I thought it was good value for the price and I'vereceivedlots of compliments. My only slight disappointment was it took longer than I thought to arrive.

This company is absolutely spam.Don't buy anything from them.They don't reapply to messages and if you have any issues you may never going to get your money back.I ordered 2 expensive carpets from them and unfortunately have to cancel the order before to be shipped to me.They ignore my request for cancellation and proceed to send them to me,just not to provide the necessary refund.Now no one responds to my calls and emails to update me with any further details when I will get my money back.Still no carpets,No Money!!!!😡

I’m very happy with my purchase from Trendcarpet. This is my second rug from them and definitely not my last! The rugs are excellent quality and the prices are some of the best I’ve found. Everything looks beautiful in my home and the quality is truly impressive. I highly recommend Trendcarpet to everyone looking for a stylish rug at a great price. Thank you so much !

The worse company I’ve ever dealt with, the rug when it turned up was as thin as anything and the wrong colour , after a big headache trying to get them to send FedEx the required information for the return, they complied, only for me to have been waiting for my refund for a month, they said will take 10 days !! I have now got Paypal and my bank chasing them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

What I expect from Sweden! Not disappointed!

Item I purchased was misrepresented and much smaller and expensive than similar brands. I would have returned the carpet but the pain and complexity and time it will take to get a refund made me keep a product that is not fit for the purpose I require. Delivery took too long to get to mine in the first instance.
Such a disappointment !!

I ordered the Hamilton rug in brown from here and when it eventually arrived the colour was completely different to what was shown on the website. I went through the process to return the rug and get a refund, gave the parcel to the delivery company the following day, and over one month later I still haven’t received my refund, despite seeing confirmation the rug arrived back with them!! Completely regret not looking on trustpilot first where the reviews are clearly terrible. Not sure how I’m going to get £100+ of my money back - do not buy from this company.

In one word: scammers. I wouldn’t advise to use this business.I have ordered 2 rugs from this company and was completely disappointed. One was not even suitable for the dog to sleep on and the other was supposed to be cream and arrived green. Their reply said that this is due to the “colour variation “ through out the production line. Really?
It has been 2 months since I am trying to get my money back and they keep on making excuses. Had to claim through my bank. Be aware that the business is based in Sweden (Gothenburg) NOT the UK. The lead time is not real. Use at your own risk

It took 3 weeks to arrive, when we contacted them to return the carpet they never returned to our email

Really disappointed with the rug that arrived today. It's smaller then the 120 diamter that was mentioned on the site and the colour is completely different. I ordered a blue rug which had gray in it but this has pink flecks in it (which was not mentioned on the site or visable in the pictures). Rug also extremely thin....

Poor quality rugs. Looked ok when it arrived and it if completely flat within months

I ordered a rug that was described as quality and luxury.
It was far from it. Awful, extremely thin with the white backing visible through the fibres.
Also very patchy in places.
I have contacted them with pictures as proof of the quality but with no reply after 4 days.
A present for my mums birthday, this experience put a real downer on it as I expected more as they state.
Would not recommend this company, stay away you might aswell go and buy one from your local market for a fiver.

I ordered my bobble wool rug in the largest size and then later reviewed the company like many others ! I was so scared after seeing the poor reviews. However my experience couldn't have been better. My gosh ! Super fast delivery even though I'm in England, lots of prompt emails updating me on the delivery , super accurate. The rug arrived packed well, and absolutely stunning, thick and in such prestige condition. Thank you so so much for caring to give an excellent service !

Ordered and paid £92 for a rug which has never arrived. They have now changed their telephone hours from 9am to 3pm, it is now 9am to 12 pm. They are Scandinavian scammers. Avoid at all cost.

I waited two weeks for delivery, only to receive the wrong rug. I contacted the company immediately and provided clear photographic evidence of their error. I have received only one response (days later) requesting a photograph of the product label, which I supplied immediately.
More than a week has now passed with no further response despite multiple follow-up emails. The company has failed to resolve their mistake or communicate in a reasonable timeframe. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and leaves me with no option but to pursue a chargeback through my bank. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a rug over a week ago and keep getting the same message with no updates for like 4 days so frustrating !! please do not give false delivery times as it doesnt help the consumer and when I contacted them it said their mailbox is full?! So dissappointing I hope I havent been a fraud victim as worried it wont arrive at all!
