Trendcarpet Avis 

Ordered a rug in Sept 2024. Rug arrived two weeks later and looked nothing like the picture. I immediately contacted Trend Carpet for a return and refund. They sent me a FedEx booking which I arranged. The rug was collected 23/10/24. I have chased my refund on several occasions but being told that they cannot located rug. I have been told today that I need to chase FedEx. Why is it my responsibility to chase a courier that they arranged? I would avoid using this company if you are looking for a refund.

I tried tracking the rug via FedEx and they are saying that the ref number given cannot be located. Why should I be even chasing a missing item via their carrier and why should I be losing my refund?

Trend Carpet, I would appreciate a response and solution on this.

I no longer needed the rug as it had arrived late, so I agreed with customer services that I'd reject the delivery. Since 3rd December 2024 I am still waiting for my refund. Now they are recommending I speak with GLS in Sweden!?! Ridiculous. Don't do it guys.

Ordered the rug on the 30/11/2024, after a few weeks I was worried that the item may have gotten lost so I got in touch with the company about the whereabouts of my parcel. They responded and told me that they would retrieve this information but never did so I requested a refund, is it now the 15/1/2025 and they have PARTIALLY refunded me!!! The order total was £59.19 and they have refunded me £49.20, I’ll be in touch with my bank tomorrow but the absolute cheek of this company is beyond me. My order number is WGR2242940 before you claim to not recognise an order in my name...

I have now just read in another review that the £9.99 charge is for the return of the rug. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED AFTER 46 DAYS HENCE ME ASKING FOR A REFUND?? A return charge in my case makes absolutely no sense. Big Scam if you ask me

The worse experience and purchase ever!more then a month and didn't receive the carpet, and the customer service replying but not solved the issue!!!

I will advise you not to buy after 2weeks of waiting for it to arrive because they did not put my house number. It was hectic pushing them to correct details to parceforce. When it arrived I was shocked. Poorest quality of a rug, nothing like I ordered. It's like a soft fleece blanket & it looked so cheap in my living room. Even when you step on it its sticky. I can't believe they have the guts to sell these fake rugs for a £110. This company is selling poor quality rugs they need to be stopped. Wasted my time, so I am doing a return right now

Ordered two rugs a couple of weeks ago, it stated delivery would be quick, then out on the 17th December. I still haven’t received anything and the tracking link doesn’t give you any information. Called customer service, they told me the rugs are from Sweden and don’t know how long they will take or where they are. They said they would send a new tracking link once off the phone but I received nothing. I requested a refund they said they can’t process this until I’ve received the rugs… feeling this company is a scam, everything so far has been misleading and they are holding my funds with no promise or idea of when I will receive anything. I don’t even want the rugs at this point and just want my money back.

If I could rate less I would. Waiting over a month for rug to come and when arrived it's the wrong colour. Ordered black and got navy have contacted through email like it says to do on the website and no one is getting back to me. £90 on a rug for it to be a waste!!

I was just about to buy a rug literally then I thought check trustpilot first.

Excellent service from all the team involved in fitting my flooring . Advice given by salesman before buying was invaluable. Fitters came and were quick and very clean . Would thoroughly recommend Trendcarpets to anyone looking for a value for money well fitted product be it carpet or flooring .

The rug took longer than expected to arrive as didn’t realise it’s shipped from outside the Uk but customer services did respond accordingly and when it finally arrived it was good quality for the price so overall the products are good for the price if you are willing to wait longer than uk sellers

Quick delivery lovely carpet. Overall very pleased.

Delivery took 3 weeks and not knowing where my item was being shipped from at the point of purchase. Customer service was ok they replied in a timely manner and assured me my parcel was on route. Happy with my item but delivery on items needs to be more realistic

The quality of the carpet is very poor- I’m sorry that I bought it. It’s like a nylon material which makes it very hard to vacuum as everything sticks to it. Also, delivery was very slow.

Easy purchase and free delivery. Lots to choose from. Product was beautiful and really pleased with it as not many places had as big a size as we required.

Really bad service. It took me over 10 attempts to return a rug. Very slow service and poor customer service
