I was seen to immediately and the reason for my visit was addressed. There were possible slight variations on the style of wig I wanted and so the staff member agreed to order two more to enable a broader choice. The staff member was helpful and accommodating. I will return and make my choice once the order is received by Trendco.

Very kind and supportive, took time to explain everything, took time to put the wig to how I wanted it, trimmed it for me, excellent service, reasonable prices to, would highly recommend.

The lady (I'm afraid I can't remember her name, I'm really sorry) was so helpful and gave us some useful tips for the wig. Yes she's supportive. I wasn't feeling comfortable at first, as I feared that the wig looks fake, so she found one exactly the same what I need. So natural. Thankfully I feel better. So I recommend her. Thank you.

Excellent attention given by Helen , keen to try and find wigs that I might like. Restyled a previously purchased wig and I now love it ! All staff always helpful and friendly I have been using them under various names for 40 + years!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful which led to a comfortable and positive experience. Great range of quality wigs and other products were available. I attended the Midlands salon which was very clean, modern and relaxed with individual consultation rooms giving absolute privacy. Never felt under any pressure and felt that I was given the choice to reach my own decisions from the various options explained and explored fully during my consultation. Would definitely recommend.

Another recent visit to the salon. Sarah as always made my experience a pleasant, positive visit, She made sure I was happy with the results. Also Annabelle made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door.

Have used Trendco to purchase wigs in person at their Nottingham store many times and the service is outstanding. Yesterday I needed some adhesive remover for lace front wigs. Called the store, unfortunately they didn’t have any in but it was online. Hassle free website I ordered at 3.30pm Fri. By 2pm Sat the item had arrived. Great service again, can’t recommend them enough

There were various wig choices ready when I got to my appointment which was nice which was great as they were all suitable. The lady was lovely and very helpful and informative about different options and styles. Also about keeping the wig clean and how to wash it properly

Was very nervous about going along and opening up about my hairloss. I need not have worried, was made to feel at ease from the second I arrived. Very welcoming. Although I kind of knew what I thought I needed, with some kind words I quickly realised I was wrong and actually there are other options which would better for me. What started out as a daunting process is now feeling like im in very safe hands. No pressure sales, they really want what's best for the individual person. 10 out of 10.

Helen made us (myself and mum) feel comfortable and confident from start to finish with her service. We had a really caring experience with her as a consultation and when we came to our appointment she just knew what we should try, with patience and care and experts advice, we left feeling confident and comfortable. Her passion and knowledge for her role is incredible and we will be back :)

My Mum has experienced significant hair loss in her late sixties and early seventies.
