I purchased a pair of earbuds from Trending Phones that were advertised as genuine refurbished Bose products.

The product I received was not genuine. The model listed (“SoundSport Free Sky”) does not exist within the official Bose product range, and the seller later confirmed in writing that the earbuds contain non-Bose components and are repacked by a third party.

This means the item is not refurbished Bose, but a non-genuine product being sold under the Bose name.

When I raised this, I was offered a partial refund to keep the item, or asked to return it at my own cost. I do not believe this is an acceptable resolution when goods are not as described.

I have now escalated the matter through my payment provider and reported the issue to the relevant authorities.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company.

Tried to contact this company since placing my order a few days ago. The email is invalid and the mobile phone number given is switched off all the time. Sent a text but no reply. Will be raising a chargeback via my bank as no confirmation email either.

Bought some AirPods which sounded okayish but the microphone on them was absolutely awful and if on a phone call, the recipient can hardly hear you. Sent their customer service e-mail multiple messages over the past couple of weeks and had no reply whatsoever. If they had rectified the problem and replied to my e-mails then they would have potentially received a better review upon resolution.

I recently purchased a pair of Apple AirPods from Trending Phones and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The AirPods arrived in brand-new, sealed packaging. Their communication was excellent; I received tracking updates and a confirmation email right away. Overall, my experience with both the product and the company was 5-stars. I would highly recommend Trending Phones to anyone looking to buy genuine tech products online. I will definitely be a returning customer!

This company is a scam. I bought an EarPods but they turned out to be fake. Customer service is awful. Please don’t waste time and money. Scammers!!!

I am absolutely delighted with my AirPods Pro 2, and the service received from Trending Phones. I received my earbuds in pristine A1 condition. I was able to confirm that they are a genuine set of Apple earbuds, unlike some of the fake ones being sold out there. From the moment of ordering, I received my order in a matter of days. I have been using the earbuds for over a month now and they have worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Trending phones as a reputable and reliable supplier.

Also considering these are refurbished they could easily pass as brand new.
A gift to myself I am thrilled in original packing with everything included. They look like never been used.

Great experience, I had an issue with the noice cancellation on one of the items, when I contacted the team it was a Sunday but they got back to me first thing Monday and I had my new pair that worked perfectly within a week 👌🏻 definitely will order again and can’t thank them enough

The only fault was that there wasn’t a confirmation email.
