Waited over a week for phone to arrive,no communication to tell me reason,cancelling order was straightforward.Left me wondering if because I never entered their cashback scheme or any their other offers if that was why they weren't fussed about my order.

I was kept well informed of the delivery and it arrived promptly and well packaged.

Purchased an item for my mobile phone but never received.
Contacted the company more than once about the item not being delivered and being told by the seller that the item had been shipped.
Requested a copy of the Certificate of Posting but being told by the seller that was not available because the item was sent out via standard mail.

Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Ordered a phone battery. Arrived damaged. Sent back at my expense tracked via the post office. Six weeks later I still don't have a replacement and I am out of pocket. Emails simply go unanswered. I wouldn't order anything from them...

Ordered a Astro gaming chair for Christmas, wasn’t packaged very well inside the box, so had one of the plastic covers broken, and a arm rest button not missing and not even in the box. Have emailed them numerous times, not even a response back, I only want to know where I can get the spares from. I would avoid in the future, due to no existing customer service.

Back in 2019 this company left me no choice but to leave a negative review. They sent the wrong cable for my phone because, unbeknown to me, there are actually 2 types of Nokia 6 using 2 different sizes of micro USB, but the listing did not make this clear.

The person I emailed with to try to get this sorted, refused to do what any normal company with good customer service would have done ie: send me the correct cable and refund my return postage for the incorrect one. Instead he threatened to take me to court if I left negative feedback!

There was no way he could do that of course, but I'm frankly astounded that he even suggested it. Three years later I still feel deeply offended and angry. I have not, and will not, ever use this company again.

They never sent me the product that I paid for. Just sent me 2 emails, and than they stopped to answer back to any emails.

Company did its utmost to NOT resolve my issue with a faulty item.
Needed to use the paypal resolution centre, and they still delayed with tactics. I was told this company has had a number of disputes with paypal.

Wouldn’t use.
Sent me the wrong item.. I asked for a prepaid envelope to send back and now I’m being ignored by them.
Very poor customer service.
Don’t waste your time!!

Bought a charger, it broke contacted them they answered a few times but they stopped replying and now the website seems to be down. Luckily I only spent 10 pounds. Very Annoying though. Keep away
