I had bought from Trendyful last year and have been so impressed by the quality when I needed a new messenger bag I knew where to go. The bag I ordered was out of stock so instead of just been told "it's out of stock here's a refund" I was given replacement options. What impressed me most was there was attention to the details like the size of my original order. Then it was topped off with a refund.
Not only was I notified of the problem within 24 hours with solutions, I got further discount and the bag arrived within the estimated delivery time.
