Tretinoinyouth 

Ordered for the first time and received my order today with 1 item missing. I ordered 2 gel tretinoin and 1 cream tretinoin but only received the 2 gels. I have tried emailing the company but it keeps saying email not found. Have tried calling the number on the website too again no response. Won’t be ordering again. Can’t even go onto the website anymore which is very strange. Was really looking forward to my items as the gels were for my son and the cream was for myself so very disappointing as I cannot start my tretinoin journey because I haven’t received my cream.

Ordered tretinion 0.05. Received 0.1 two weeks late. Emailed them, sent social media messages and messaged them on their website, as I wanted them to send me the correct cream! There has been absoutely no answer/acknowledgement from them. Very rude and poor customer service. I could not use the cream as I wasnt willing to jump from 0.025 to 0.1 due to possible skin sensitivity. I am out of pocket and not happy. Do not order from them.

Took a lot longer than next day which I paid for but got here in the end and is authentic.

Update no response to emails, I got the product but the dates on the box were Tipexed out, I don't know why the dates were tipexed out, other than the product being out of date. I felt my original review was a bit harsh, but really you should not tipex dates out on the boxes its not a good look. If you would like to respond to me I will update my review
