Reklamation - full återbetalning
Jag bad om att få reklamera mina skor då en utav dragkedjorna var defekta. Fick till svar att min storlek var slutsåld och att jag därför fick full återbetalning och uppmaningen att skänka de defekta skorna åt någon som behöver de. Oerhört imponerad och nöjd över hur snabb, proffsig och generös kundservicen var. Tack snälla Tretorn!

Tretorn *OUTSTANDING* in quality, pricing and customer service! I can’t recommend highly enough what this well established company provide. Firstly the products are amazing quality, secondly the pricing reflects a product which will last for years but thirdly , in my opinion maybe the most important, customer service! When I had an issue with an item that I had for a good while they responded and resolved in such a professional manner! Thank you Frida from customer service you are amazing . Do not buy!!
Lovely boots but mine have split n both feet across the sole. I’ve only had them for 4 months. My friend has a pair and they have split across the top. Poor quality for an expensive pair of wellie

I bought a pair of boots and after two months a defect arose in the sole of one of them resulting in wet feet - not ideal for wet winter dog walking!
I messages Tretorn and Frida, in their customer services department apologised, offers a full refund and 15% off our next purchase. Absolutely top class service.

Snabb hjälp och trevligt bemötande

I bought the blasia rubber boots last…
I bought the blasia rubber boots last year and unfortunately they got broken and leaked. I contacted the costumer service and they nicely offered to send me a new pair, which is very kind! I love the shoes, because for rubber boots I find them quite pretty and they are really comfortable. In further rubber boots I always got blisters. I totaly recommend Tretorn and the Blasia Boots!
