After booking a flight almost a month ago

After booking a flight almost a month ago and being told we would get a boarding pass and confirmation number 24 hours (today) before the flight, we are yet to receive anything. After spending all of the day on the phone nothing has changed and the airline has no record of the ticket.

After being put on hold for an hour despite being told "30-45 minutes" to get a refund. Nothing. All further calls went to "there is nobody available".

This site is a full on scam.

Will be contacting the Department of Transportation, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations to report for such.

Worst and scam

Worst and scam. Don't book here or you will lose your money. We book with Flair Airlines but we don't know how it went through this company. We don't have flight back to Halifax and got stuck at the airport. BE CAREFUL. DON'T TRUST. SCAM.
