Paid a deposit for a flight ticke, offered to pay in full but they said they could not take payment in full. They called me for my passport details ect and said I would receive my ticket the next day. Then I was told they could issue ticket but could not gaurantee me a seat. Then they said they could get me another ticket but would cost another £160.00. I said no then they told me I would not get my deposit back. So now I will be making a claim in the small claims court, I hope that everyone who is getting scammed like this does the same !

These scammers have taken £9680 from me for flights and stay in barbados through a man called adam!!!!
No flights / hotel had been booked!
They operate under so many names such as dream holidays
Absolute scammers ! Fraud team on to you and police!

My travel agent Emmi Wilson, contacted me regarding my flight to Abuja, I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that I was scammed last summer but she surprised me and book a flight for me a t a very reasonable price and I confirmed the booking with the air line.
Emmi was very professional, persuasive, calm and relaxed sharing information and update. She did a good job and I now beleive and trust Trips Hollidays as reliable agent as there are many scammers out there.
I will use her again and introduce friends and families to her.

I am currently going through a frustrating experience with a travel agent called Hazel Wilson at Trips and Holiday.

I'm going through a challenging time with her since 1st September 2025.

The ticket she has caused KLM to issue to me is fraught with inaccuracies.

No baggage allowance shown.

In fact, it's taking too long for her to rectify the anomalies.

I'll give a full account of the incident after I have known and seen the appropriate solution.

Updated Review

Hi, I am glad to have come back to update my last posted review on one Hazel Wilson a travel consultant with Trips and Holiday Travel Agency.

After much wranglings and patiently reviewing my concerns and frustration Ms Hazel Wilson has now found a satisfying and lasting solution to my earlier complaint of erroneously booking my Birmingham-Accra-Birmingham flight without any accompanying baggage.

I've been compensated and I have also been able to pay for accompanying 2 x 23kg baggage.

She has shown a listening ear to a customer's concerns and accordingly rectified the anomaly.

I think Ms Hazel Wilson should be commended for her honesty and bravery.
