TRIPs and holiday was a really good expérience John took care of everything and all went perfect I had no problems at all he was really clear and a very trust worthy person so I really reccomend this agency to everyone.

Not happy at all . Very bad experience with them. They took the money and they gave us a fake ticket. We went to the airport to travel and at the check in the staff told us that the booking is cancelled ( Not the flight but the booking from the Agency). All day on phone with them was a nightmare. Emma who she was responsible for the ticket was disappear. We spoke with different people, all was the managers, is what they said to us , very rude people, saying lies like they spoke to the airline and they informed them that we never appeared in the airport and later on that we arrived late when the check in was finished etc. Next day we went again to the airport , we find the same people that they tried to check in, we called them and the two people from the airport confirmed them at phone that we were there on the check in time . They went through the system and that the ticket was cancelled on the system by the Agency. It was cancelled the Ticket NOT the flight. Even after that they refused that they talked with the people in the airport accusing us that we saying lies!!! But we have so many evidence thank God to go through. We had to book a new ticket in the airport again and finally we will travel tomorrow. BE CAREFUL with this company NOT TRUST

I don't know if this is a standard operational skills but I can say that Jerry has been a wonderful assistant all through. Very polite and calm. I wouldn't worry further when it comes flight bookings. Thank you Jerry. More referrals on your way
