Had TDL issues, and I randomly called Bukola late in the evening as I needed to commence reviewing previous videos and materials on TDL, Bukola was very supportive and sharing how to navigate TDL, she is very professional and made the process seamless, easy. I want to sincerely thank Tritek for having a person of Bukola in her team. She has been exceptional each time I ran into any challenge. The last one is when I couldn’t meet up with the pre work assessment as scheduled!!! When she knew of this, she encouraged and detailed the reasons why I should try and meet up with the timeline without loosing hope. Though I insisted I couldn’t do so because I needed more time to be able to understand what’s needed to be done. Bukola’s skilfully encouraged me, that I can make it if only I can begin the journey immensely without waiting any longer… this persistency, inspired me to start up the process and within a day, I was able to complete the assessment and scored 87%.
