I have learnt a lot at Tritek academy, I know a lot more now all thanks to the efforts that has been put in to ensuring that students get the best out of Tritek academy.

Esther has been so helpful from the beginning of this journey till date. Her customer service is exceptional, she did her very best to ensure that I get enrolled seamlessly and talked me through every single stages. I’m glad I had someone to fall back on when I had questions or needed help.

So therefore I believe anyone enrolling is in safe hands at Tritek especially if Esther is taking care of you.

I had trouble finding my course session recording on TDL and Esther responded very swiftly to my query and showed me how to navigate TDL to where the recordings are situated.

Tritek has made me more knowledgeable concerning Business Analysis soo far. I also want to comment the help desk, specifically PEARL Obi. She’s been very helpful and alway ready to go the extra mile to make sure I am not confused. She’s made navigation through the websites, base camp and TDL easily accessible. And this has even encouraged me to participate and be open more to learning in the academy.

I didn’t find my name in the right group because I was actually in the wrong group but went on to request for help.

Bukola responded swiftly, chatting me up immediately to understand what exactly the problem was and went further to call. I requested the number of my cohort manager which she also made available.

It is good to know that you can always rely on her for help in a prompt manner. Keep it up. It’s good to be prudent.

The training is topnotch,also Pearl had been very helpful,supportive and guided me thorough whenever I faced any challenges or reporting to him.He quickly responding and provide solutions to me.....Tritek trainer's are world class and unique in their approach to training.

Cohort 87. I was having trouble accessing my TDL and I contacted DIVINE. Being so late that night and desperate, I just said let me try and behold he responded immediately within a sec and sorted it out for me. This is the first time an admin responded fast to me and he also followed it up the next day to make sure I still have access. He is so good and professional at his job. Thank you DIVINE

The team are very understanding and responsive and they listened to my concerns and made changes, they helped me find my foot as a person who is new in tech without any background knowledge. I’m quite happy to be in this march batch, I look forward to learning.

I had a problem today when I tried to login into my account. I reached out to Lekan and he was prompt to help, and we spent over 30 minutes on the call while he tried to fix the problem. We eventually solved the problem, and he was patient and extremely helpful.

Tito and April have been very helpful in supporting me to get the best out of my training at Tritek. They genuinely want trainees to excel and succeed, and they make great efforts to help you maximise your learning experience.

While my training at Tritek has not been perfect and there are areas that need improvement, especially regarding the website’s user journey for trainees and students, I appreciate their good intentions and commitment to supporting learners.

I would also like to give kudos to Lekan for the consistent updates in our TC 88 WhatsApp group, and to the IT team for their quick response when Tito contacted them to grant me access to my videos.
