I would give them zero stars if I could.

Ordered a table, 2 benches and a shelf…..

This is a long one so you might want to grab a cuppa! They have been to my house 7 times since September.

1st visit- delivery was incomplete, bench legs were scratched, we paid etc for black powered coating. Bench also had a wobble

2nd visit- they came to my house- shelf arrived, I think all good.

Replacement legs still scratched, fella takes them to his van to try and spray paint them!!!!

3rd visit- wrong legs delivered!!!

4th visit- legs that I sent back the first time (same scratch marks/ I took pictures) are delivered!

5th visit- right legs arrive, bench still has a wobble

6th visit- are you keeping up?
Bench legs arrived- all sorted phew!

Or so I thought now a large split has appeared in the table, I call and send pictures. They tell me table top will be replaced.

Today (7th visits) delivery driver turns up at 17:30, as you can imagine we are on first name terms and I ask him if he wants his usual cuppa!

Says he has no table top on the van….. only a bench for me!

He calls to speak to Rajesh……. Now I have to wait again until another delivery date is arranged for 8th time for TRL to visit my house.

Customer service is shocking, they never pick up the phone take ages to respond to emails.

Don’t let all the awards they have won Fool you, they are a cowboy outfit!!

I have also spoken to Ben (a director of some sort) he has been useless!

I have sent Tim an email direct- let’s see if he responds to me?????

I’m really pleased with this product. It’s just what we wanted and the quality is exceptional. Communication with TRL was excellent and the bespoke requests were managed spot-on. Updates, delivery and assembly were also excellent.

I had trouble ordering my hallway bench as the website kept defaulting to anthracite coloured legs despite choosing black legs. In the end, I needed to place my order with the wrong coloured legs and follow up with an email for the correction. It took TRL a very long time to acknowledge my email. Also, due to the problem with placing my order I forgot to use my discount code. Again, I had to follow up by email, I received a confirmation that this would be honoured, however TRL have not put through the credit a month after agreeing to do so. Furthermore, the furniture arrived very dusty and dirty. I like the final product, however the service has been poor.

Very pleased with our solid oak breakfast bar which is very well made. The oak is lovely. Kept informed throughout the delivery process and the two guys who brought the breakfast bar and assembled it were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Very satisfied customer.

It was great to use an English company. The service was superb. The item I ordered was really good quality.

Ordered a table from this company via a third-party website (notonthehighstreet).
They happily took the money and disappeared. Tried several times to contact the seller, both through the third-party site and their own webpage - no response. The phone line goes to voice mail all the time as well.
so BE CAREFUL, STAY AWAY.

I have ordered a table and matching bench. Both items are of high quality and look amazing! The wood is solid and thick. I'm very happy with my purchase, best piece of furniture in my house! The price could be definitely higher for the quality, so I'm happy with that too.

Beautiful table delivered on time. Good communication throughout. Assembled by delivery drivers which we weren’t expecting. So all good!

Beautiful, solid, made to measure breakfast bar. High quality. Communication in placing the order was easy and communication for delivery was prompt. Delivered and assembled. Highly recommend.

Had 2 items now from TRL and they have always been exceptional in communication and delivery guys are great furniture is made to a high standard and quality won’t hesitate in buying from them again

I purchased cafe tables and a tall bar table for our tennis clubhouse. I found TRL online, the tables are fabulous and members of the club are delhted with their appearance and quality. I had long email conversations with Tim which ensured we purchased exactly what we needed. He was incredibly helpful, professional and patient!
The tables arrived on time and the guys delivering them did a great job, putting them together in no time

I brought tables and chairs bespoke for my cafe and they were amazing! Excellent quality, customer service was brilliant and deliver and set up on site was fantastic. I can not recommend this company enough. I Will absolutely be using them in the future.

We asked TRL to come up with a concept for some furniture at Binks Yard. Tim took the brief and ran with it! We are really delighted with the quality of the result and the speed at which TRL turned our project around. I can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend TRL.
