From a lovely choice of plants I was impressed with the quality of my order and how much care was taken in the package.

Absolutely incredible terrarium.
Everything was securely packed and there were also clear instructions on how to build my terrarium. The plants were in great condition and are growing well. My terrarium looks incredible and it’s a great talking point. I’ll be back for more!

These are amazing and very addictive especially to an ex gardener! We have now over 5 of their closed termiumims and they look great!

Also their plant come healthy and well packaged. You can buy everything separately so you can choose your own style. Great for beginners. (NOT KIDS)

2 things to think about when buying
1. If you are a man with big hands maybe worth checking the size of opening if not for having my partner I would of been stuck completely. As couldn't get my hand in one of them.
Where are you going to put it more the XL they're brilliant and impressive but plan like we did. Lucky we did.

Only real let down is communication very hit and miss we had one problem and they were excellent 👌. On of the termiumims there is a grow light that comes with it. No instructions came with the light. We have sent a couple of emails asking for any advice on the settings but we haven't had any support. We have search all of the internet looking for the instructions but can't find them😕. Shame because they're great for the termiumims!

Only other thing is the home made led light built-in to the cork lids they are very cheap and we have had to restick a couple of ours as the circle of LEDs have come off. Plus not really for a all day use batteries run down reasonably quickly.

So if you want a well priced gift for someone who.like indoor plants but maybe can't have indoor plants try one of these . Something different. We spent hours getting ours to how we like them. Just look 🙂

One last thing this is important when you are thinking about getting one think where to put it ! Not close to windows, radiators, direct sun. But these guys say on their website. Show read up first ! Enjoy

When an item came broken the issue was dealt with quickly, I was offered a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement and it was sent immediately .

Bought this as a present for my husband, I didn’t know much about terrariums but the website was so clear and I understood what I needed to buy. The selection of products were fab and delivery perfect (I loved that the packaging was all recyclable and protected the products perfectly).
When we gave it to my husband he loved the items and how healthy the plants looked. When he put them together he really enjoyed the video tutorials and couldn’t have asked for more

Fantastic Service and a lovely item which was a gift and my cousin loves it. I accidently included my address as the delivery address on the order. I emailed the help desk and they responded out of hours and changed the address, no issue at all. Wonderful customer service

I’ve ordered various kits, plants and accessories from these guys, and I can’t fault them one bit. Terrarium kits I’ve ordered elsewhere can’t compete with the quality you get from tropical glass.

Any issues that might occur are resolved so quickly, and with such ease. Katie at customer service is phenomenal, you can rest assured that your order is in safe hands.

Honestly cannot recommend them enough, certain parts might be slightly more on the expensive side than elsewhere, but I promise you, you’re getting what you pay for.

I ordered the Barcelona terrarium with the set of small tools. This was a Christmas present for a friend. The delivery time was super fast and the whole kit was very well packed. This kit comes with five plants which all look really health. The terrain has now been set up and it looks just as good as the picture on the website🙂 would I recommend this supplier? Yes, most certainly!

We've ordered a few things from Tropical Glass now, and they've always been fantastic. I dealt with Katie on this last order of a small terrarium kit and she was really helpful. The kit arrived in perfect condition and the plants are lovely. Our existing large main terrarium is still going great after a 2 or 3 years now. No problem thoroughly recommending them to anyone.
