Great products, good quality and fast service

Delivery really fast and plants that came with it were well packaged. Only realised after that the moss was not included in the kit I received but was on the description when I checked. I bought an additional moss plant already so just put that in instead.

A great selection of corks. I was able to find one to suit my terrarium.

Bun moss was coarser than I expected. Was it Leucobryum glaucum? No botanical name given.

It would be good to have clearer size information for terrarium plants.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. I spent a good amount of time prior to ordering considering whether or not to take the plunge. I did and couldn’t be happier. Superb customer service, and the product itself was beyond expectation brilliantly packaged, clear instructions in creating the terrarium have resulted in my favourite coffee table decoration. I placed an order with this company as it looked great and the reviews were all positive. I am always cautious when buying plants for delivery as I have been let down by other companies.

But I can’t say enough how amazing this company is. I order 5 plants and they came looking better than garden centre plants which is where I have been going previous. The moss looks healthy and they are a large quantity which is great!

I ordered two glass jars from the defect section and I’m so happy with them, a few scratches and bubbles but I think it adds character. I’m so pleased they order this service.

Next day delivery, packaged exceptional well. I will 100% be ordering from this company again.

My one comment would be it would have been great if more of the accessories were in stock as I would have loved to of bought some wood but never mind they are clearly sold out for good reason.

Great service and excellent delivery

We attended one of the workshops and constructed one of the large terrariums. The workshop is well run, good fun, with no time pressure to hurry along. The quality of the glass containers and plants are very good and the instructors advise & tips made it easy to follow and build a beautiful terrarium.

The terrarium is perfect for my wife. She really enjoyed making it and learning with the video instructions and plenty of equipment provided in the option I chose.
Unfortunately the led wire was loose on arrival but this was quickly replaced free of charge.

My order of plants arrived today and they are all amazing . The packaging is second to none each plant is protected by a corrugated cardboard cylinder. Thank you .

I got a terrarium from Tropical Glass for my birthday a few weeks back, and loved it... so much so that within a week I was ordering another one. Really enjoyable activity and both look great - Katie was really helpful with my queries too (thank you!). There's plenty of great videos and tips for creating your own... as soon as the open terrariums are in stock, I want to order one of them too. Very happy, and would recommend!
