Received a closed terrarium as a gift.
Packaging was excellent, the plants and decorative media are beautiful and the video was perfect for a beginner.
Would highly recommend!

Arrived very quickly and the packaging was excellent to protect the glass. We watched the video which was excellent and the setting up was straight forward. I had bought a few succulent plants and added them making a beautiful terrarium. The optional LEDs are well worth adding also the tool kit. A very happy wife, as it's so pretty.. highly recommend and I'm looking at buying a second one soon

Purchased a terrarium from these guys a year ago. Very quick and lovely quality plants, equipment and tools. I needed to replace some cactus this year, so went straight here. Their website wouldn't accept my delivery address which was odd. I messaged the team who helped me quickly to get my order processed by email. Couldn't fault them, I will be using them again

Delivery was protected very well, the carton was quite soft but everything inside was packed in special airbag. Nothing broken, nothing missing, there was instructions very helpful. Plants were in grest condition, perfect size. Highly recommend as a gift to someone who's not the best with plant.

Absolutely incredible terrarium. Bought the "Bonn" for my partner's 50th birthday. She absolutely loves it. Tropical Glass were brilliant, they put it on order and delivered at a date that was suitable. They were fantastic from start to finish. I got the cork lid with light and it looks amazing with lights off and just the terrarium light on. Plants came well protected, all looked in great condition. Mrs was able to follow video with step by step guide. It's big, not too big, it's a statement in any room. It's so good we will be purchasing one for her parents for Christmas. I'd highly recommend Tropical Glass and their terrariums.

I opted for one of their discounted jars that may have slight ‘imperfections’ and honestly it’s got the smallest bump on the rim and so perfect for my needs making a low tech planted jar aquarium. The jar came extremely well packaged, no danger of it becoming damaged in transit and the hand written note thanking me for my order was greatly received. Thank you!
