Everything written below is true. The update and increase in the # of stars is because I was able to finally get a refund- through email back-and-forth.

Troscriptions has a customer service wall by design. After writing my review, I found multiple others describing the exact same experience. That's not a coincidence. I also found a lot of fake positive reviews, which is interesting.
I lost $157 on my first order. During checkout, my billing address auto-filled/replaced my shipping address, sending the order somewhere it couldn't be delivered. I caught it within minutes. At that point, any reasonable e-commerce company gives you a short cancellation window. Troscriptions doesn't. No phone number (confirmed, it doesn't exist), chat was offline, no self-service cancellation option on the site.
I emailed immediately and got an automated response implying someone would follow up. The next day I tried every available channel, multiple times. Chat still offline. Emails ignored. Cancellation requests just redirected me to their policy page. I didn't get a human response until my third or fourth attempt, that afternoon, at which point it had already shipped and they told me nothing could be done.
The product might be fine. I genuinely don't know, because I never received it. Once they have your money, your options disappear.
First order. $157. Zero recourse. Shop accordingly.

Consumers getting screwed with no way to contact this company to stop charging. Unauthorized charges, no return emails. No way to call. Have to contact bank in order to get this stopped at all. This needs to go beyond BBB, it needs legal action based on all the people n same situation.

I have tried to cancel this subscription multiple times. Upon requesting a new password be sent to my email (multiple times) nothing has materialized. I have no way to sign into my account.
From there, I reached out to customer service to have them cancel my subscription-- no one has responded.
Add to that that I somehow ended up with two subscriptions for the same product only one of which was authorized by me-- I'm very unhappy with the gongshow this has turned into. Feels like Trosriptions is deliberately creating systems wherein its easy to over order and even harder to cancel. While it may have been a glitch that landed me with double the product being sent to my house-- all for the bargin shipping price of $6.95-- I dont appreciate the lack of attention to the matter and the time and money I've spent trying to rectify it.

I made one order to try their product. They tried to put me on a monthly subscrition plan without authorization. The secon ddelivery was returned but they would not refund charges. They now claim they refunded my cc on 1/15/26. But there is no refund showing in my cc account as of 2/11/26. Not truthful.

This company makes precision dosed, pharmaceutical grade and extremely novel products that I’ve benefited from tremendously over the years. They physician is running a company, which I really appreciate as well.

Their products are amazing! It works for me every time. I use Blue cannatine for work, Tro Zzz for sleeping, and just blue whenever i feel like getting sick

I love their products especially Just Blue and Tro Mune. Helped me go from being the “sick kid” to being the active dude. Not a fan of the blue tongue though but I just swallow and I still get all the benefits.

Blue Cannatine is so helpful for times I need to focus and concentrate on work, and Tro Calm is amazing for those days that my mind is running itself ragged. I've never had an issue navigating their site or ordering. When I've needed to reach out to their customer service, they've been able to help me without issue.

Tro Zzz really helps me sleep. For the past few months, I have always felt groggy after I wake up, but after taking Tro Zzz, I rarely feel that nowadays.

Tro Mune is my go to -whenever I feel that tickle of sickness start in my throat, I take 1/2-a full dose and it seems to stop the sickness it it's path!! Also helps me get great sleep when taken before bed.

After receiving a notification that Lot# JSTBLU 20250527 is being recalled, I tried to log in to my account and cancel my subscription. I couldn't log in because my password has suddenly become invalid. I clicked their link to reset my password but they never sent the reset link after numerous tries. My only recourse has been to contact my bank and have all future charges denied.

I have been taking their Tro Somna products for some time now, its one of the few products that I can take for sleep and not wake up feeling groggy. Also a big fan of their calming products as well!

I take Tro Zzz & Tro Mune daily... and I have for the past 2 years.

Half a Tro Zzz is something I take just about every single night. I've sleep issues for many years and these days I fall asleep right when I want to. It's nice to wake up refreshed for once.

Never return emails to cancel my subscription. I've been trying for months to cancel my subscription and no one ever responds to my emails. I'm going to have to take legal action soon. F this company!!!
