Need to pause subscription can't find password. Have emailed 5 days ago. No response. No phone number to call anywhere. I am contacting the state of Delaware. I don't know what to do.

Complete lack of competent customer service. Been through rounds of emails only to get passive aggressive unhelpful information. General feeling of not caring coming from every interaction I’ve had.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO PHONE NUMBER! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS! This company appears to be a SCAM operation. Their very high priced products DO NOT WORK at all. They don not respond to return requests or provide any customer service whatsoever. I have tried their products, including methylene blue, since October with zero results, despite their overblown claims. Because of their failure to respond I have filed a CC dispute. If you want to waste your money and time purchase their products!

1. The taste of the BLU troche was not pleasant
2. It has totally stained our teeth, lips, tongue even with the smallest percentage of the troche being sucked on. This has meant we cannot go out to dinner as planned because our teeth are dark purple.
3. We have cleaned out teeth over 15 times each and scraped our tongue and it’s still terribly stained
4. The product has caffeine in it which means you cannot take it at night and you say it takes 6 houts!! to clear your mouth

I purchased an order 2 weeks ago, suddenly not even a month later (just 2 weeks) they are automatically deducting the amount out of my account...back to back days.... I never set up a reoccurring subscription... this is scam like behavior and of course you can never reach a live person to handle the matter.

Expensive, for what i received. Don't know if its really worth the trade off from my stained teeth or the blue pee, however my toilet looks cleaner.

BRUSHING SCAM - BEWARE

I have tried numerous times to stop the subscription and they respond and say they will but do not and continue to charge my card. They have forced me to dispute the transactions with my credit card company. These products were unsolicited because I canceled the subscription several times, so in an effort to get them to stop charging my card I will not return the products and am not obligated to to under federal consumer law.

I am very sensitive to most things, but i tried 3 types of troscriptions (zzz, calm and blue) and i think a cup of camomile or green tea works much better than these expensive and inconvenient (package and application) troches, not to mention the irritation in your gums and staining the mouth.

I ordered three True Blue and one Immune. The TruBlue I have used before and was happy. The order was free shipping but they used USPS. The order sat in the mailbox for a few days (I'm in Florida) as I was out of town. I brought the package in and left it on counter for a few weeks until I finished a medical procedure. When opened the sealed airtight package, all the product had leaked. They had a small ice bag inside that was melted and the water mixed with the melting liquid from the product. If you order their product, wait til the cooler weather.

I purchased two boxes of the sleep ZZZ.
The first night It didn't work at all, the second night I doubled up and still no sleep, so for me this was a fail.
I understand they say it works for some, that was not my experience. Sadly I have two boxes.

unfair policies and predatory auto-renew with customer "service" that is useless by taking too long to respond and providing no easy way to cancel, thus forcing items to ship and forcing you as customer to have to pay a restocking return shipping fee if you don't want the item. Their subscriptions inconveniently renew on weekends so there is no way to cancel because CSR won't respond in time, and worst of all they provide NO notice of an upcoming renewal, just an email at 3a that says hey your order went thru and its shipping. Seems like easy problems to fix but company is obviously not keen on providing a solid customer service experience...beware.

My order was delivered 3 days after I ordered it.

I ordered the canna blue, just blue, the sleep aid, the calm, and immune.

If you can actually read the instructions, it doesn’t turn your teeth blue… these reviews are ridiculous.

I’ve been struggling with insomnia, the sleep most certainly does work.

I take 1/4 or even less of what’s suggested.

The two blue products are amazing. Canna blue has been so effective, I haven’t needed to take my low dose adderall to manage my ADHD sx.

The plain blue has been the same. I do think I might be a little more intense/aggressive with the cannablue, but I’m not sure yet. I was in heavy nonsense traffic yesterday, haha and I was really upset with the lack of proper driving.

We will see.

Order still not received 10 days after placing. It was sent by DHL who subcontracts to USPS. No idea where my order is. I have not gotten an answer to my emails and there is no phone number.

I normally have a hard time waking up in the morning takes me three or 4 cups of coffee and two or three hours this morning. I had one cup of coffee and I took a quarter of the blue cannatine troche 20 minutes later I’m up, dressed cleaning the kitchen getting ready for my day. I can’t believe how good I feel. Thank you troscriptions

Poor return policy and customer service. I liked the product, but their ethics are questionable. They forgot to refund me and mishandled my return. Overall, overpriced for such disappointing service. You loose me as costumer and my clients.

I tried the blue cannatine many times. No effect at all. You can't use this stuff if you're going to be around people especially for work because it turns your teeth blue. That seems like a joke along with the claim it improves focus and productivity. Don't waste your money.

Fraud and a scam. Purchased Cannablue, had zero effect. Sent 6 boxes back for a refund after getting a return label. Its been almost a month and they are now completely ignoring all my emails and no refund.

I use many of their items. Tro zzzz is great. I don't use it nightly, just when I know I need a little help sleeping. My whoop fitness band always gets me into a fantastic hrv when I use it. Calm and Just Blue also do what the labels state. I have never tried to return anything, so I cannot speak to the other reviews, but I did cancel a subscription when I had too much. Canceling was easy and they honored it immediately. I really love this company and sorry to hear so many others don't.

Will be contacting the BBB. Will not respond to a problem with the order. Look like once they get your money they are done communicating with you. Try to cancel a subscription. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No wonder they won't provide a phone number.
