Troy Business Group Avis 

Working with a National home builder is a major addition to our business. Juggling our residential business and this big client. We needed some help to free up some liquidty. Progress payment financing now allows us to benefit every time we complete a house.

Holiday seasonal staffing needs always raise overhead expenses. John worked with us to extend our Invoice Factoring line beyond the limits of our local bank. Working with John was pleasant if we have a need I would like to continue to work with him.

Alex worked with our non dealer seller when our bank couldnt and got us a loan for all 5 trucks. Alex and his team are good peole to work with.

Chris helped us secure a few extra properties for our group. This can help us do more homes moving forward. Quick and somewhat easy process.

Samantha provided a 5 Year Monthly payment business loan. We landed contracts with few restaurants and distributors this loan is exactly what we need to expand. She was nice to work with, answered all of our calls and emails, and asked for the paperwork one time no back and forth request that drain the life out of you. I really like Samantha and love the way the loan fit our goals.

Landed a big contract with Fedex needed to added a lot of trucks to expand the fleet. John was great worked with all the dealers I found. As we keep growing or have a different need would give these guys another ring.

We have funding needs that pop up and wanted access to funding we could use we need it. Alex was great and delivered what we wanted without a whole lot of back and forth nonesense these places usually put you through.

John helped us use a SBA loan to buy two small companies for sale we found through a business broker. There was a lot of paperwork but John walked us through all of it.

Samantha was great to work with and so was her staff at Troy. Just in time for back to school to the holidays. Troy took a while to get it done but it did happen like they said it would.

Early Pre-Orders from Retail clients created a new problem. John helped us land a Purchase Order Financing line to cover our suppliers. As we continue to grow we are open to trying Troy Group again.

Troy Business Group provided a Long Term Financing project for us to fund all of our properties we want to fix and flip. We have redirected the capital we used to commit to funding the purchases and rehab cost into better marketing to find more properties and to sell them once they are completed.

We landed a large consulting project. We will be working with a few other companies to complete the job. We are not sure how much capital we will need nor when exactly we will need it. Thanks to Chris we now have a decent sized line of credit to use as needed. If we never use it we will have very little if any payments but we are prepared in case a need comes up.

The Holiday Season has so many projects and unforseen expenses. We knew this year a lump sum loan would be too much to deal with at one time. Samantha delivered and proived us a Business Line of Credit. Now we have the flexibility and freedom to have access to capital for us to use as needed. Paying for the money we are only using and we really like the option of being able to pay down to replenish the line.

We needed to expand our business without buying all new equipment. We found it cheaper to buy a smaller company from a nice retiring couple. John took the time to help us through all of the paperwork needed to use a SBA 7a Term Loan over ten years and only having to put 10% down to buy the business. We have almost doubled our output. We are very happy.

I launched my salon in the middle of the pandemic. John helped me finally establish some funding for my business. Now I can add two more chairs and bring on two more services. Plus I was introudced to a Credit Repair agency to fix a few things. That way next time I need any funding I can qualify for even better options.

Our restaurant need to replace some items in the kitchen. I found Jackson very pleasant to work with as did my seller I purchase my restaurant equipment from. Instead of utilizing our own resources Jackson provided us a multi year financing we find very manageable. I especially like working with professional people who respect my time and deliver what they have promised.

Our projects work in stages we need capital we can access when we need it. We also need to manage our payments while juggling the staff we need to execute each level. Samantha delivered as she promised and now we have a Busienss Line of Credit. We can tap into as needed and pay only for the capital we need at the time. We would certainly work with Troy Business Group again.

Chris was great we were able to use half of the trucks in our fleet we own free and clear, to provide all of the capital we needed to expand with the new contract we landed.

My partners and I had enough of short term advances. After working with our CPA we found Alex at Troy Busiess Group who provided us a 5 Year Term Loan. Now we have the funding to grow with out the strain on our cashfow.

We needed to replace one of our big Tool & Die Machines and a Loader. Chris worked hard and provided me over 5 year terms with a great decent rate.
