Truck To Trailer Avis 

Spent $1,700 on a motor for my CNC mill. It was tested upon arrival and it was a bad motor. Returned the motor for refund. It has been over 3 weeks since they received it and they are ignoring all of my emails and phone calls. They answered once 5 days ago and said they would send the refund and it would take a few days and I would receive an email about it but still no email, no refund, no returned phone calls. I'm a small business owner. I cant afford to lose out on that much money.

I purchased a DEF pump for my diesel truck. The first pump sent did not work. It was also manufactured in 2015. The second pump did work. The online person I worked with to get the first returned and a new one sent was helpful. The second pump is working. The price for the pump was less than buying a retail pump from a dealer.

I was desperate for a Cummins oil cooler housing and nobody had it available for at least 30 days. I was researching online and came across Truck to Trailer showing availability. I called customer service to confirm and they did have it and very fairly priced. My only concern was on communication with shipping, but I received it very timely just didn't have the notice us parts guys like to have. My experience was A-, these guys are great!

The one buisness day shipping took 1 week.

Ordered the parts over a week ago, paid for 2 day shipping. Have not received the parts yet.

Packaging was tore up from transit, my fridge was damaged in many places

Would have liked to get tracking info on the order

I ordered an ecm for truck with a part # I received the ecm but was a different part # then I ordered. It would not work for my truck. So I lost a week there and had to return it. Which they made pretty easy. But I have not received my refund as of this moment. And I’m out another week now waiting for a ecm from another place but I could of saved a week if they sent what I ordered

I initially messed up and ordered the incorrect sensor. Truck to Trailer has been fantastic to work with to make sure I get the right one. The ordering process and return process is simple and seamless for the end customer

I never received my order. You never provided a tracking number. You shopped it with fedex so good chance I’ll never see it. Then you cancelled my order with out any explanation. You wasted a lot of my time. My company will never buy from you again.

1 part came in correct, 2nd part totally different part number. Overnighted the order, never received the correct one, delayed customer 3 days.

I ordered up a front gear housing and they sent me a low pressure oil pump. They didn’t even have a front gear housing that I ordered. Nice people though.

Salesmen took car of everything, part came on time

Dima, was very helpful in ensuring I has the right part, and the next day shipping I required. I received the part in the time promised timeframe with the discount. :)
