Invalid tracking number, unable to verify shipment.
Transaction not yet complete, called a week ago to verify QOH, was told piece would ship next day after purchase. Purchased, and got an e-mail that they wouldn't ship until we got them a verification of ID. Company Card was used to purchase parts for cust, no ID available for store card. They agreed to ship part. 7 days later still haven't gotten a working tracking number to verify shipment, and no longer feeling warm and fuzzy about this purchase. Will update if they choose to make this right, but for now, buyer beware.

I ordered a part over a week ago and…
I ordered a part over a week ago and the automatic email system said it was shipped right after yet I still haven't received the part. After several email attempts I still have not heard anything back from the company. My customer is getting tired of waiting as am I. There is no reason why they have not even tried to contact me whether they don't have the part or short staffed or whatever the excuse will be. I can't be left hanging especially after the part has been paid for up front....

Great Part Great Price
I was able to get the part for my 2014 Ram 2500 from Truck to Trailer. There verified my needs thru my vin. They have a one year warranty on my oem cummins part. There price was very competitive which was a key consideration. Shipping was quick. Part was installed by my local mechanic and no issue upon installation with new part. I am hoping this will last another 142,000 like my original part did. I will be looking to Truck to Trailer in future for parts needed in the future.

Wrong part
Sent me the wrong part. In fact sent me a part with someone else's name on it. Now they say the part I ordered originally is not in stock.

Said part was in stock. Purchased. 5 days go by no part so I call. Was told yep part was shipped out they would email me tracking number. Not even an hour goes by I get an email saying money was in process of returning. Due to out of stock. So took almost $600 held my money for a week and took another week to return it. Will not do business again with them!
