Cable pulled great out of boxes. No tangles or broken spools. Jackets hold up great to industrial warehouse application where you have less than ideal pulling conditions.

Cable colors are very clear in low light and terminations are easy.

I emailed them twice to no response. I called them three times nobody picked up. I left a message once and nobody returned my phone call. They're cable seems to be pretty high quality. However that doesn't matter when you don't contact your customers back when they contact you that many times.

I have never trusted a cable brand as much as truecable! I have bought many different brands like cmple and vivo, but none have lived up to the amazing truecable! Their customer service is great, and the cable is even better!!!

I have not purchased anything yet, but I will be very soon for a prewire for my new home. True Cable comes highly rated. I Iike that they offer many different colors of Cat6 cable so I can color code my devices at each TV in the home, AP's, cameras, etc.

The outdoor cable is still holding strong 3+ years later here in South Florida which is saying a lot with the heat and humidity. I order 1000 ft cat6 cable and it was shipped early the next morning and at my house within 2 days. I used to to hardwire my house and it is working great so far with no dropped signal. Very happy with the product.

Awful customer service. The person I spoke to on the phone could not help me with any questions I had. She would just read off a scripted answer and was of no help at all. When I asked if there was someone else I could talk to she became really rude and condescending.

Website popped up uncloseable sign up spam, then tried to force my phone to sms them.

I ordered 500' Cat6a cable and keystones from this vendor. The box arrived and the only thing holding this box together was the tape. This box was detreated and falling apart at all seems. The keystones never arrived and if placed in this box, fell out of one of the holes. I contacted the vendor, and they swore it happened in transit, but this was water damage, and this box was rotting and falling apart, which just didn't happen in a two-day shipment. I wish Trustpilot allow pictures to show the horrible order I received.
