Wonderful service
I was quite nervous changing from a company I had used for many years, I now couldn’t afford to stay, I spoke to Mel who immediately put me at ease, she listened to my needs and gave me much more, besides a really affordable price it was so good to speak to someone I could understand & who listened, explained everything very clearly and was so friendly to me, I can’t believe I didn’t change years ago as I would have saved so much. Mel is such an asset to her company, a joy to be one of their new customers. Thank you so much. 💐
Rude Customer Service from Truecover
Encountered one of the rudest customer service individuals with Truecover (Francine). She talked over, did not listen and ignored what was said and then hung up on me. I was trying to find out who had left a message as they spoke so very quickly (Ada or Ava) and to arrange for a call back after I finished work. When I called back I again had the misfortune to encounter Francine. When I complained about her rudeness she simply scoffed .. my turn to hang up. Despite sending a complaint, and follow up, to Truecover, not so much as an acknowledgement let alone an apology. It seems that Truecover condones this type of unacceptable conduct by staff. It questions the corporate culture and values. Disgusting behaviour by Francine and absence of responsible management.
Excellent choice of vehicle insurance
A very quick response for Ada followed by an excellent policy that saved me more than $200 when compared with the Budget Direct offer for reinsurance.
Nice to know that the staff are all in Australia and speak Australian as well

I just spoke to Ada by mistake I might add, I believed I was calling Budget Direct, well it was the best phone call I have made in a long time and so grateful for my mistake. Ada was so helpful and honest and covered any of my concerns professionally and helped me trust in taking out my insurance cover. Also all the added benefits are amazing and so cost saving. I felt her honesty and help go beyond words and I would recommend TrueCover to all my over 50's friends and family. Thank you Ada for making my shopping around for comprehensive car insurance so easy and reassuring.

Finding a car insurer - Easy!
I was looking for a new car insurer - found TrueCover, and spoke with Ada. I then checked them out on Trust Pilot, found only excellent reviews, many of which praised Ada, who I then found was relaxed, helpful, & knowledgeable, and I feel confident in going ahead with them. They seem a very client-focussed organisation, and take the time to really understand your needs.

Ada was amazing!
On the 17th of January, I called up to inquire about car insurance to Ada. Firstly, it was a huge surprise that I got to chat with a consultant in our beautiful country. Then, it was such a wonderful experience and a pleasure speaking to Ada.
Her mannerisms being so pleasant - she was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and wore a smile all through - I cannot help but acknowledge her excellent customer care and service.
While being polite and friendly, she displayed a very professional attitude towards her job. Her enthusiasm and politeness was very noticeable. She has a great personality and was extremely patient and helpful in providing the necessary service to me as the customer. I even noted that she went out of her way to achieve the best possible Premium for me. Now, this is what I call 'dedication and service personified'. Her desire to help with the insurance-related questions was the kind of customer service that I look for and which, hopefully keeps me coming back to TrueCover. Ada needs to be applauded for her efforts. She is an asset to the company.

I cannot believe how much I saved once I compared TrueCover with others.
The service was excellent too, with minimal wait time and friendly assistance.
Could be a bit more flexible with some of the things on offer eg. Ambulance and Roadside assist. I would have preferred windscreen cover over these two.

Saved a total of $300 plus and now no…
Saved a total of $300 plus and now no longer a member of RAC saving me their membership. I did everything on the net but had a small query and rang. To my surprise a real person (Kelly) answered the phone not a computerised voice. The service was fantastic.

A Caring Car Insurer
This is what I have been looking for. Having been a RAC member all my life, I was looking for an insurance company which cares about its clients.
The online application process was very good and overall, including the roadside assist, I have saved more than $400 when compared to the RAC. This mob has a good reputation already.
Customer service bloke I spoke to was courteous and knowledgable.

Wise decision to move a new insurance provider
I had been paying a high premium for my insurance for many years. This year, they increased the premium by a significant amount. It is difficult for me to switch to a new insurance provider, but I found one that offers a huge saving of $230. Additionally, they include Roadside Assistance. Very happy.
