Paid standard shipping for my shoes and they came NEXT DAY. I’m incredibly pleased with the service. The box was in great condition no markings and the paper was very good quality no scuffs at all on my shoes. The shoes I bought were the vapormax plus size 10 Triple black, great value and 100% genuine, great experience throughout.

Was worried at the beginning as i haven't heard about this site before but bought the trainer and it arrived so quick by royal mail, arrived in Nike shoe brand new and loved it, didn't have a problem throughout, would defiantly tell my friends about this site, thank you so much

Ordered shoes back In March that still haven’t arrived, no effort to contact me just took the money.

I’m still waiting to receive my order. Payment has been taken. And no reply to my emails?!
I understand it’s hard times but don’t operate and take money if you have no product to sell. I’ve waited nearly a month now and still no sign of my trainers.

I placed an order with Truelooks on 1.12.20 and I still have not received my trainers. I have emailed Truelooks but other than initially blaming Royal Mail, they now will not reply! I can see no reason for this other than I have been scammed?

I have been trying to get an update for days on an order I placed nearly 2 weeks ago with no response from anyone, poor customer service avoid.

Bought Nike trainers. When they arrived the nike logo was literally peeling off. It was a stencil foam material that's coming off. When I contacted customer service I was told to "just glue it back together and it will be fine!".

Even though I asked multiple times for return instructions, they're refusing to help.

Clearly fake nike products. Avoid.

Found items on this site that I have not seen before and at great prices. I found a pair of Nike men's slides that I liked being sold by Nordstrom Rack. When I clicked on it they only had one size available.....my size!!! I bought them immediately. I would never had seen them otherwise. Thanks and keep showing these items.
