I have made my payment for the verification with USD 144 on 3/9/24.
Till 18/10/24 (which was already 6-7 weeks), my documents still not verified yet!

Have contacted the dataflow support group by email, scheduled phone consultation from 18/10/24 (ticket no 162961) till now still cannot be sorted out yet!!!! (Almost 2 weeks)

Last phone call was on 24/10/24, till today 30/10/24, yet still no reply despite I have been emailed the Dataflow support group team EVERYDAY!!!! NO REPLY AND NO UPDATE!

Pls… at least let me what should I do next? New application by paying again? Refund? Or anything you could offer me!!!

I’m rushing for my country national specialist registration meeting in December! If I miss it, I need to wait for next meeting which only will be conducted in another 4-5 months!!! Is your team going to compensate my lost??!!

I've paid to do my education verification. In the beginning, it is stated there that the process will be done within 35 days BUT after 35 days it just showed "DELAYED" for no reason. I tried to reach the customer service by their "contact us" but there are totally no responses AT ALL!!!! I texted them every single day for half month. Yet till now I still didn't get anything and my verification is still not yet be done. I'm super frustrated. Please don't use True Profile for verification is totally waste of time and money.

Avoid them. They issue a wrong report and are then non-responsive to request to rectify their report. I have been following up on my problem with them for more than 3 weeks and they do not bother to response or resolve it. Its a mental torture if you want to deal with them

I can't do dataflow reports transfer to Malaysian medical council I have sent many massages through contact us ,my time is very critical need to do it urgent and I can't get reply ,I tried an email help{at} trueprofile .io but it is not excisting

I have a problem with my education verification status and tried to contact the customer support multiple times and it have been 3 days since the customer support told me that they will contact the tech support but there’s no improvement since my issue occurred!

I highly recommend trueprofile.io excellent service and fast action. Your help in retrieving my old data flow report was greatly appreciated. This kind of problem can be very challenging for customers, so I really appreciate what trueprofile.io does to make their experience as smooth and easy as possible.

horrible experience! I submitted my documents 43 days ago and after estimation and review, they provided that the completion date will be 20 March. I waited patiently and only on 20 March reached to the support services to understand how much more time is required. They confirmed that the validation has been completed already and that they just need to prepare the report. Today, it's day number 42 (instead of expected 30 days) and whenever I ask them to provide update - they say they have no idea when it will be ready. It's the most incompetent firm that deals with the documents! I don't understand why the reports (which are not prepared manually when the data is validated) takes more than 8 days and that they can't even provide the estimated day of competition. This is a scam firm!
