The verification took more than 1 month. The reply was not prompt when enquired regarding the required documents .

Takes forever to get a response. Advertise that once you get trueprofile verification at exorbitant rates, transferring to any authority is quick and seamless, however, doesn't appear to be the case.

It’s easy to do and fast

My name is dr. Wahyu Tri Novriansyah, from Indonesia. I have tried to use trueprofile for my educational (Medical degree and specialis) verification for MMC TPC application. I have paid twice in total 264 USD. But, still couldn't get verified. The status is "Stopped " for no reason. I contacted via email, but no response, there gone my 264 USD.

So, i bet 1 star is still too much.
It's a scam

So i finally receive phone call and email regarding my issue.
They said, my university has not response back.
I contacted my uni, they actually did not receive any verification request from dataflow.

I provide them with email and link which my univ provide to education verification process.
It's already 3 weeks plus, and the haven't finish the issue.
What service

I would actually call this a scam. They emailed me for consent form to be signed which I did and emailed them back. No response after that. My verification was then marked as unsuccessful and the 'reason' is I didn't get in touch with them. Ridiculous!!! I have then contacted them again, no response whatsoever. There goes my 100 plus usd. Avoid at all cost.

I have filed a refund request via paypal on 27 Jan 2025 and I got my PSV report today on 30 Jan 2025.

Good communication

you pay to get a report and when you try to download it after some time they ask you to pay a premium subscription. Customer service wasn't responsive and there was no mention of a limited time to download on the email you receive once your report is complete.

Efficient and fast. However the instructions to upload document can be rather confusing, took some time to figure out the way to upload.
