Damaged jars, but excellent customer service
I received my order today and 2 jars out of 3 were broken. I was disappointed that I couldn't start with the flavor i wanted to try. However there was no issue in getting the jars replaced. I had a replacement order number in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was wonderful. I am excited to get started.

One of my 3 jars came absolutely…
One of my 3 jars came absolutely crushed in the box. I messaged true sea moss and in under 5 minutes it was dealt with and a replacement was set to be sent to me ASAP. They were helpful, directions were clear and it was so quick. I have absolutely no complaints about customer service, I almost gave 5 stars just for that.
However, this product is new to me and I just received it. I did take my 2 Tablespoons when it came and I will say I was really afraid of the texture of this product but it was not unpleasant. It is different but not bad, and I didn't mind the taste either. I will leave another review after I have taken True Sea Moss for a few months.

The only thing special about it is the horrible taste and texture. Once I actually looked at the nutrition facts and ingredients, I realized I could easily get these nutrients from my normal daily food intake.
$40 for BS. 🤦♀️
Please don't waste your money. We're all victims of these bogus “superfood” sales pitches at some point, and apparently this time I was one of them. 😂
Once I finally read the label, I was like, “God, I'm so stupid.”
Wake up, people—READ THE LABEL before you buy the hype! 😂💀

I have had good experience with this product. I love the sea moss. I love the taste. I normally buy it from sprouts which is a little more expensive so jumping on your site and ordering more jars was very convenient at a good value. Can’t wait to receive it.

So I haven't gotten to taste it yet but the customer service is great. When I received my package today one of the jars were broken. It was packaged up great so I assume it happened due to the delivery company. Well I sent an email and not only was the person helpful and empathetic. The jar was replaced and I've received the new order number. This is how customer service should be with all companies. I'll come back once I try it to give another review.

I love the product
I love the product! Unfortunately in two of my shipments I have had at least one jar broken. In all fairness it looked like usps played football with the box. USPS did apologize for the damage and True Sea Moss made the replacements super easy.

Lost card…
I had an issue with my card being lost and wanted to remove it from the payment method. I sent messages about it and seem to not get a response ,Not knowing that the security method my device was blocking it.I Apologize for the mistake.Started it yesterday, taste ok.

Order had broken bottle but support answered and shipped out a replacement just had to show proof and damaged product once established they were quick to start the shipping of the replacement jar. Very thankful for the upstanding response thank you.
