Took care of the situation fast, efficiently and patiently. So far, this is a great company still working on if true Moss works for my stomach issues, But the customer service, man it's incredible A++

Great customer service
I am a new customer to true sea moss and unfortunately my package arrived damaged. With a few clicks and photos I was able to get my claim filed and my package resent. I am excited to start my sea moss journey, I can’t wait for my shipment to arrive!

Ordered too much! They fixed it fast.
I Intended to place an order for two jars, but inaccurately placed it for four. I reached out to the support email, feeling a little stressed. I didn’t want to pay double and then have to wait for a refund. They responded in minutes, and a few minutes later my order was corrected. No struggle and no push back. Grateful, and super impressed with the Support response.

This company by far as the best…
This company by far as the best customer service I’ve ever received. My package got shipped to the wrong address in a different state and when I went through USPS, it was hectic. I immediately told them that the address was in eligible for package interception. True Sea Moss immediately said don’t worry about it. We’re sending out your order all over again to the correct address. I truly appreciate it because it was a gift for my aunt. Thank you True Sea Moss

Devastated on opening package!
Received my order from True Sea Moss and to my surprise both jars were shattered in the delivery. Customer service was exceptional in handling my situation. If this happens to anyone who receives a damaged order be sure to take pictures it makes the whole situation go smoothly. Shout out to Gina who handled my order situation. Super great customer service. Her understanding put me at ease.

Great Service
I’ve experience nothing, but great service. I received my monthly order last week, and unfortunately, one jar broke during shipping. I reached out to request for a replacement (provided proof of the mess), without any hesitation, they arranged to have one shipped next day. I received the replacement jar a few days after. They were so kind and helpful. Love their products! Love their prompt service! Thanks Team!

Great product, great customer service
I’ve been ordering from them for a while now. Great products, great taste and packaging. I hist recently had an order delivered to my door step that was mashed inside the box . I contacted them via the web and it was resolved in 30 seconds and a new replacement was set up to be mailed to me. Very quick help! Thank you!

I'm very impressed by the company and the product. I had a problem opening a jar and emailed Support. I received a quick response with good solutions and my problem was solved. I mix True Sea Moss in my smoothies or just take 2 tablespoons in water. Thanks!

Customer Care is just as GREAT as the PRODUCT they sell.
Going through the difficult task of canceling subscriptions after my daughter passed away True Sea Moss handled my concerns with compassion and kindness. I was given clear and detailed guidance to help me through this process. So not only is the sea moss absolutely delicious (pineapple mango) the Customer care received was top notch. As a Quality Assurance/Food Safety Manager of a huge produce company I am very impressed with how quickly and efficiently my issue was handled.
