I had high hopes for my suit from True Tone Swim, but my expectations were quickly shattered when I received my order. The fit was completely off, and I immediately knew I needed to request an exchange. Unfortunately, my emails asking for the exchange were met with silence. I even had a friend who ordered through them at the same time as I did, and they gave her credit within a few days to write on my behalf. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am by this experience. I feel like I've been cheated out of my hard-earned money and left with a $130 suit that looks terrible on me. It's a painful lesson learned, and I won't be making the mistake of ordering from True Tone Swim again.

Very upset with this brand, they are not serious, an order that has never been delivered to its final destination and the worst thing is that they do nothing to fix it. They completely disregard.

They leave tan lines just like any other swimsuit. Also the quality of the garment is very very very pour, like something you could get for less than 20€ (for the entire set) from a fast fashion brand.

Not tan-through at all. Have a perfect tanline from the swimsuit after an hour in the sun. I needed to exchange the bottoms for a larger size and no one ever got back to me about exchanging them - all they provide is an email address to contact. Very disappointed, especially for the high price.

Do not respond to emails when I tried to make an exchange. Tried to contact them trough instagram via dm and comments. They just ignore my messages and respond to nice comments. It is see through, not tan through bikinis. Very disappointed.

so disappointed. the quality feels super cheap, something you could get from a fast fashion brand for under $10. definitely not worth the price point of $60 for bottom and $60 for the top. also customer service is MIA and they offer no returns/refunds. 0/10

I ordered a bathing suit for Labor day weekend. It arrived on time, but its sizing was too small and the bathing suit is far more sheer than shown or described on the website. You can see everything. Additionally, I emailed the company 3 times about retuning the bathing suit over the last 3 weeks and I have not heard back. But, when I emailed them for my tracking number, they responded in 24 hours.

I would like someone from True Tone to please respond to my email so I can begin the return process.

Sizing is completely off. Runs very small. Customer service is nonexistent. They do not offer returns. Doing an exchange requires customer to pay shipping 3x. Waste of money.

Item arrived on time but after wearing the set just once I already had very strong tan lines from it. The suit is supposed to be designed to allow sunlight through so you are left with little to no tan lines but that is definitely not the case. The swimsuit cost me $189 after shipping and has left me incredibly disappointed. I reached out to the company on Instagram but they haven’t responded. I also did send an email right after I purchased to see if I could cancel my order and also did not revieve any response. Very very disappointing customer service and garment.

The swimwear arrived quickly but did not work as advertised. We are lead to believe that our tan lines will no longer be an issue and that the suit will allow enough sun through to give an even tan. I have very strong tan lines after wearing the Tonga set on multiple occasions. Very disappointed.

I made an order 3 months ago and has still not recived my order. I tried to contact then repeatedly and when I finally got an answear they told me that it was delivered. You could even see on the tracking that it was not delivered. I tried to contact them again after that but never got a reply. I had to contact Fedex and thankfully they responded and now my order is finally on the way. It might not be truetoneswim fault, but I think they could have responded. I havent got the bikini yet, but after 3 months of waiting I hope it will be worth it.
