Instead of getting the right model and the basic one of the shoes , I got the GS model instead of the normal one , and on the site they say is the normal model , and is the picture of the basic ones too , not the GS’s :))) WHO WILL BUY THE UGLY GS’s ???
And I told them about the fact that I received the wrong shoes , and they said nothing , just “check the size on our site” , BRO I GOT THE WRONG SHOES NOT THE WRONG SIZE 🤣

As we said earlier, and as it was written down on the website, under every shoe's description you can find that from the size 36 to size 40 we sell GS shoes. We tried to help you understanding this through several e-mails, and we are very sorry that we couldn't.

After buying shoes online no feedback…
After buying shoes online no feedback for weeks. Shoes arrived VERY late. Exchange shoes asked because of wrong size, no feedback for weeks. After phone call, we got a promise, 2 more weeks passed by, still no shoes. ☹️☹️☹️

Delivery time issue
I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 and there are 4 weeks since I placed the order and I haven`t got it yet.
Every week I sent an e-mail asking about my order and the answer was " the parcell will arrive on the second half of next week" .
Still waiting for my order.
Really dissapointed about this site.

Awful customer service!!
My parents ordered the air jordan 4 union for my birthday. We waited for the package for more then a month. 2 days before my birthday, my father called to see where it was. They just forgot my order. It didn't even come on my birthday, it came the next day and when I collected the order, the delivery man said I needed to pay him cash, even though I payed with card. So to get the order I paid cash. My parents talked to the staff and said they will give them the money back. To this day they didn't returned the money and it's almost a month since.

My opinion about shipping
In my opinion, there was no problem with the delivery, my shoes arrived safely to me. It was delivered in just 5 days which I think is fast. I recommend everyone to shop at the True To Sole webshop!

very good quality, very bad customer support
The quality of the product was very, very nice.
I gave two stars just because of the customer support, it was very bad.
If they only could reply to the emails and keep you updated regarding your order, would be perfect.
Also had a little bit of struggle with my refund, but eventually the money arrived in my bank account.
All you have to do is to keep calling until they answer the phone, because that’s how you are going to resolve your issues.

I was waiting very long for my pair of…
I was waiting very long for my pair of boots, but at the end it came. After that I realized that boots are small to me so I decided to changed them for bigger pair. I am waiting since January 2022 and still didn't get the boots. I called 3 times and every time they promised me that boots are on the way. Nobody is picking me phone anymore. Totally unreliable company avoid if possible.
