Having just assembled the bike for grandsons birthday I was a bit disappointed. The actual bike is nice, the instructions however were for 2 different bikes. Upon assembly we discovered that the mudguards & reflectors were for the other model in the manual, not the bike we have. It's too late to send it back for a replacement as I need it for Friday.

Bargain Max was excellent and they are a great company. I would have given 5 stars if there was choice given for delivery method. There is no choice of courier.

Other than that I think their brilliant.

Have ordered many times over the years. Always delivered quickly and safely. Good prices. Never had a problem. Only positives. Great service.

Parcel arrive quick and my grandson loved it was packaged well. Delivery service was great, the price of the item was great and was very easy to place the order. Will definitely buy from here again

I am extremely disappointed as i ordered a doll for my granddaughter’s birthday, but it never arrived, causing me to miss her birthday. Evri failed to deliver it and it was returned to the sender. I was offered a refund, but no good will guesture for the inconvenience.
I then asked for the item to be sent again, and unbelievably the same thing happened a second time. Two failed deliveries using the same courier. I have now requested a refund and awaiting. Very disappointing experience and I would not order from this company again. Order 243176. Date ordered 27.04.26

Very disappointed with my experience.

I purchased a bike for my daughter’s 4th birthday, and it arrived in a completely unacceptable condition. The packaging was already damaged on delivery, and as a result one of the front spokes was bent, making the bike unsafe for a young child to use. The seat was also damaged, so the product was clearly not in a usable state.

On top of that, the instructions provided were unclear and made assembly far more difficult than it should have been.

This completely ruined what was meant to be a special birthday gift, which is incredibly frustrating.

I contacted the company and spoke with Hazel, who offered just £10 compensation alongside a refund. Given the safety concerns and the overall poor experience, this response felt inadequate and dismissive.

Overall, I am extremely unhappy with both the product quality and the way this issue has been handled. I will never order from Bargain Max again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the dolu playhouse, it arrived with what looked like a huge coffee stain all down one side of the white panel.
I've tried to clean it but its visible. I'm not impressed, this cost around £100. It shouldn't have arrived like that

Returned multiple items and no refund. Multiple emails, multiple WhatsApp’s, multiple phone calls and absolutely no response! Do not buy from here. Tried emailing again and now the email in undeliverable.

Ordered a bike for my daughters birthday, this arrived damaged with the front spoke being bent so the front wheel was unable to be connected. These things happen, so I returned the bike and got a new one sent out. This too arrived damaged meaning that I then did not have a bike in time for my daughters birthday. The most frustrating part was that I was told that all orders go through checks to ensure they are not damaged and meet standards. Clearly not! Was offered a 20%discount to keep the bike despite it being dangerous and having broken plastic all over it where my daughter could trap her fingers. I did get a refund but was all a massive inconvenience and stress. The first time I get, it happens but to recieve a broken replacement as well is just not good enough.

Issue with getting item delivered, sat at evri local delivery depot for 4 days, tried to contact bargainmax to sort issue out and they wasnt very helpful, told me to wait and then ignored my emails trying to sort it out, evri being useless and trying to get bargainmax to sort issue out was impossible, they were happy to take my money but wasnt bothered if I actually got my item or not, in the end I had to find a email for higher up at evri to get my parcel, wont ever buy from bargainmax again purely on the worst customer service ever,

This company was easy to buy from. Their website was also easy to use, with lots of products and excellent value. The pram arrived in a box, within 2 days of ordering. Great service.

Do not order from here! This company is shocking, ordered a balance bike which said 12 inch, no where on the description was any other size stated, arrived and wheels measured 9.5 inch. Apparently you can only return items that are unopened but how would you know it is wrong if you’ve not opened it? And even if I had not opened I’d still have to pay for a return for their listening mistake. Shocking. Will never order from here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have now changed the website without informing me any different without any other communication! I have screen shots of the description of what I purchased it and screen shots now. I would like a full refund!!!!!!
