Terrible experience when I ordered last, got a lecture in an email on how the review was unfair and damaging.

Yeah don't buy from these, find another vendor.

Sorry truffle magic but you're not good in my experience.

I sent my money well around a month ago. I didn't receive any payment confirmation and messaged through the ticketing system and have been ignored for more than 2 weeks now, the request is still 'processing'...avoid this if you don't want to lose your money!

The site has been working with the DEA and other agencies building a large case and gathering information on it's customers In lieu of leniency towards Trufflemagic.
Afterwhich from all devices, your IP addresses, locations, emails, phone calls, screenshots taken.
This is also why he's "down to a one man operation".
Any response from Trufflemagic should be viewed in this light.

Ghost shop?
Order placed 4 weeks ago but no confirmation. No response via contact form. Presumably a ghost shop? Payment probably lost.

Sent the correct amount in btc.

Ordered from this site 2 weeks ago and order has not been despatched. Have requested an update multiple times via online ticketing service with no response.

Don't mind a delay on shipping if update is provided.

Be careful, suspect this maybe a scam. My order was for quite a significant amount.

It's now been over a month since Peter's last reply saying that he would refund me on my missing order, still no reply after that.... At this point I have to assume that I have been scammed and that I won't hear back from trufflemagic anymore about my missing order. As I'm seeing from the other recent reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue. WARNING: DON'T BUY HERE, SUPPORT WON'T REPLY AT ALL ANYMORE, AND THEY PROBABLY WON'T SHIP YOUR ORDER. P.S I will leave my reviews up until proven otherwise because it's been almost half of a year now since I placed my order and got nothing.

Just made my first order. Site is really easy to use and actually allowed me to use my BTC w/o any problems. Will keep posted.

Although they initiated communication that's about as far as it goes. I don't doubt the DEA is involved. Asked to cancel and get refunded...I'm sure neither will happen tho. Lame

The site no longer works. That DEA shidt is accurate.

Made two orders - first one arrived timely enough, although it was a dud. Upon further research, it probably because it was a warmer season and I didn't store it properly (refrigerated). They don't send it with any instructions so you have to google how to store it.

The second order payment confirmation has yet to be fulfilled, although I bought it over a week ago - payment is usually instantaneous through BTC, however for whatever reason the system takes ages to confirm it. When I try contacting them, the communication is usually really poor - messaged them over a week ago with no response. They use a 'ticket' system but you can only have two tickets open at a time (and when you order, it automaticlaly opens a ticket). However the owner Peter told me he does not often check replies to the order ticket.

I don't think the site is a scam, however the customer service/website and communication is really bad, so even if you pay they don't give you any confirmation until you chase it up. It's also hard to get in contact with them as they only have this ticket system, no email or number but do not reply to it unfortunately.

I have read that the guy can do this sometimes and does end up sending so fingers crossed I haven't been scammed if he does send them I will remove this but untill then I would stay well clear

I placed an order for $150 worth of truffles in a grow kit and never received anything it has been a total of four months and he said he would be willing to reimburse me for half and do a re-ship and I’ve emailed him eight times and never heard anything back so it was a complete waste of money do not order from this guy. He is a complete and utter rip off.

I am surprised at the negative comments as I have had no problems. I have ordered four times and have received everything on time, discretely and without a fuss. I needed to check up on two orders and they replied within a few days. And the product is top quality. Maybe with this product many customers with positive experiences are a little hesitant to comment as this area is a little murky and misunderstood for many. There is still a stigma attached to it, unfortunatley.

i have had 2/2 awful experiences with TruffleMagic. Not only does their customer service seem non-existent, but they also failed to deliver what I paid for both times and only bothered to send 1/3 of my order without any explanation or reassurance just silence. I attempted to contact their customer support team multiple times, but never received a response. It's frustrating to spend money on a service that doesn't come through, and to have no way to get help. I highly recommend avoiding this website and finding a more reliable service. if you pay for tracking like me you will get nothing and waste your money aswell as your order not being fulfilled.

I started microdosing with Mexicana Truffles from Trufflemagic in January and they have changed my life.
I had extremely resistant depression and alot of my life was being wasted in bed.
Within a couple of doses, my brain, and my whole life, had completely changed. I am pretty much depression free and am able to live my life for the first time in years.
My 2nd order got siezed by customs but the customer service at truffle magic has been absolutely amazing and they added some extra into my 3rd order which I received today absolutely fine.

I would reccomend trufflemagic to anyone. The best customer service I have ever experinced and amazing quality products.

I made my order on march 2 and it is now 13th march. Still haven’t received anything the tracking info hasn’t changed since the fourth march. Truffle magic have been in touch and explained the issue. I’m very pleased with the costumer service and will definitely be using them again.

I have been in search of shops delivering to the US that haven't been shady or scams with fake "seizures", and decide to give TruffleMagic a try.

After making my order, I realized I had made a mistake and opened a ticket. Within half a day Peter had resolved my issue, even covering for my own fault.

Ordered Feb 9, received Feb 23, no issues with the parcel and customs. Have not tried the goods yet, but leaving a good review for their friendliness and trustworthiness.
