I received a gift from colleagues that had a use by date looming. Unfortunately, it looked like I was going to be unable to use the voucher so I contacted Vanessa at Truly and she was extremely helpful. The voucher was changed into a gift card with no date of expiry that can be used in multiple locations. Great service.

This company has been very helpful and professional. A special mention for Vanessa who has been very helpful and managed to work miracles when I needed to rearrange a booking due to emergency surgery.

Vanessa was able to sort out a rather tricky situation for me. We had to cancel a booking at the last minute after my wife contracted COVID on the day of the event. She worked with the venue to rearrange this despite their initial reluctance. We are so pleased for your help, we eventually made it to the event and had a great time.

Jian completed my booking same day with no problems, and then when I had to change the booking due a late plan change it was done the same day as well!
