Total scam, ask for money and personal information

I felt very tricked into paying for something I didn’t get. Don’t go down this path - you won’t have access to what you think you will. I want my $3 back

I can’t give zero stars. One star is too many for them. They pray on vulnerable people. It’s a total scam.

Disgusting abuse of vulnerable people. Clucked to pay a £1 to see test results and £10 and then £19.99 taken straight away. I took the test was struggling with mental health then they added more stress. Thankfully my bank were very helpful and blocked the payment and were sympathetic but they made me feel stupid. The opposite emotion I was looking for when I took the test in good faith. Do not use. An abuse of power!

Offer free test and ask for your email without giving you anything, just wasting your time with "tricky" questions.
Giving you my email is a "cost". Give the report for free, and if I like it I will give you my email.

Im so disappointed. It states ..."for results and plan" - well u have no choice but to "continue"....so u have to pay for ur results? Thats not what it states in the introduction.

Good job i didn’t blindly make a payment! I had a similar scam type experience as others described here.

My experience: saw them on YouTube. After 5 mins of questions for you to answer, they ask for your email to send the results to. You are prompted to pay US$10 but that the actual cost of providing the test results is US$17.34. So they stoked my gullibility which is my problem for being empathetic and trying to support the company - and I paid the highest sum for their “ test results”. You have to download the app, and find that your test results are not there at all. You look high and low throughout their website. Nothing. So I wrote in to them : and asked them for my refund. It’s an automated reply asking me to use their “Help Centre” or to send them the word “reply” - and they would expedite. I went back into the website again, and the test results appeared. It was the most mediocre, generic, unspecific “test results” over a few pages in short sentences which frankly were unhelpful.

However, Breeze customer service is responsive and fair. Professional.

When I went into their platform, it’s quite comprehensive and detailed, depending on what you might like to know. Many questions to answer, so that you get your profile sorted and then decide if you might like to engage their online services to help you move forward.

I believe Breeze has potential, it’s worth a try if you can get over the initial test results which are scant and generic. I have given them feedback and they will look into improving the quality of their test results based on the questions a user answers. It takes about 10 minutes to answer those test questions.

Now makes distracting noises ...
while people are deciding how much to trust it, and how much personal information to give.

For the avoidance of doubt, I have not bought a product and this is a comment only on the induction process on the website.

On clicking an online ad I was asked lots of questions which were evidently designed to get information about my mental state.
Then they asked me to provide details of how I was going to pay them ... but they had told me nothing about the service they provided or how much it cost.
So I did not proceed.

Clicked on an ad for this website, cautiously thinking it may actually work. Thankfully I researched before I committed and found 0 positive reviews, all scams. The website should be obliterated. Sick, sick people.
