I got the serums and the needles, but no applicators. I have no way of injecting this product without that. BE VERY CAREFUL...THIS IS A SCAM. i EVEN WONDER WHAT THE SOLUTION IS IN THE SERUM...PROBABLY WATER!

BEWARE this is a Scam! I would give a 0 if I could. Fraudulent company. I ordered 2 of their products. I never received them and the customer service number on their website has been disconnected.

Getting emails saying attempted delivery - I work from home! How come I cannot see the invisible person attempting to deliver to me. Thank goodness I used PayPal. I will be raising a refund today. Don't trust. Big scam!

Ordered $161.00 of Tryglamiry product, keep gettin letters from company members Geno, John and others, sending emails pacifying me. TryGlamory says in the website that tracking information and # w we I’ll be sebo to the buyer immediately. LIES, to date 6!5/24, there is no package info o tracking # to date!!!📅

I ordered £160 worth of the micro needling system, I received every except the device, I have emailed customer support & found them totally useless…… I have been going around in circles for MONTHS & keep getting the same replies, ‘on Oder’….’on its way’ ….. then ‘cannot deliver’ I have resent my address twice etc DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DREADFUL, UNHELPFUL COMPANY. Furious to say the least

I've tried and tried to contact this company. I didn't receive the applicator bottle that you poor this liquid in then screws the needles on to. Their phone is out of order. I would love a refund. What a joke.

Website and ads say there is a money back guarantee. This only applies if the product is still sealed. Not sure how they can guarantee a product that you cannot try. Shipped from China. Does not work. Don’t waste your money.

A full waste of time and it makes me loose my brain cells.

I bought this product thinking that they are located in the US. It got here from China. Wanting to return I was surprised to hear that I am supposed to return it to China. Everything is unopened and ready to ship back to them.
On their website, under returns, they have an address here in the US. I mentioned that to them and send a copy of their return rules. Have not heard anything from them.
Be very careful. More money down the Chinese drain.

Paid $60 for what I was led to believe was a treatment and it was in fact a tiny plastic bottle with plastic sharp bits. Disgraceful company - A BIG FAT CON!!!!
