I love the app and the information ect but feel there's not as much variety in flavours of products .Also some flavours have been sold out so limits you even more but everything else is really good

There totally differnt from the products i was sent last time.The packets are smaller, the porrage is horrible now! The shakes are differnt and they dont mix as easly as b4. Totally gutted..it was workimg so well for me till now.

Disliked increased sugar in chocolate and strawberry shakes. Flavour also changed.

These products are very good. Unfortunately there isn't a big variety for NHS patients. Not a lot of flavours choices. But the products are quite nice.

I find the soups/shakes and porridge which I’ve ordered very palatable even after 8 weeks. However I think it’s quite shambolic that certain items are out of stock for several weeks. You are supplying people on the diabetes reversal programme who are having 4 products per day for at least 12 weeks . It’s very repetitive having the same soup flavours almost day after day when we’re down to just 3 types.

I have really enjoyed the products, it does really work even though it’s tough to start with.
Would recommend to anyone who want a reset into healthy eating. The app is a great tool, and helps you progress through the tough phases.

Hi there,
I have been using Habitual food products for the last 18 months whenever I feel I need to control my diet. The products are superb, with numerous flavours for variety.
I recently had trouble with a royal mail delivery which was no fault of habitual and once I contacted them they were straight into action.
Rebecca has been absolutely fantastic in chasing my outstanding order and kept me informed at every step 👏🏻👏🏻
I would recommend Habitual for the products and team they provide.

I ordered my first set of products for the total diet replacement in April 2025. I chose the vegan option, which included banana porridge, green vegetables, spiced carrot soup, and vanilla shake. The first batch was excellent, and I really enjoyed the products. I started the program with great motivation and achieved a lot in the first month. However, when I ordered my second month's supply, I experienced a significant setback in my program. I will explain why.
1- The spiced carrot soup I ordered for my second month was out of stock, and it still is. As a replacement, I chose the leeks and potatoes soup, which I had never tried before and had no other alternatives to consider. Unfortunately, this soup tastes awful—earthy and grainy—which made it very difficult for me to enjoy. Eventually, I had to stop eating it, and now, with the assistance of the Oviva team, I am switching to a different meal replacement. This situation is far from ideal and has been a significant setback for my program.
2- The taste and texture of the green vegetable soup have changed in the new batch; it has become earthy and grainy. However, it is not as bad as the leek and potato soup.
3- The texture of the porridge has changed drastically. Once prepared, it is now more glue-like and does not provide a pleasant feeling. Additionally, the taste has worsened as well.
Overall, I had a great experience during the first month. However, my second-month order brought about unannounced changes that negatively impacted my program.
