Not the cheapest product but I like the idea of it. The porridge takes some getting used to but it’s ok, the strawberry and chocolate shakes are fine but you don’t get much. DO NOT get the leek and potatoe soup it’s absolutely disgusting and inedible which is so disappointing as I can’t eat it and paid £70 to do that. I have messaged customer services and hoping they’ll sort this but no response so far
UPDATE- I ordered the weekly kid that was £70 not an individual soup. Incredibly disappointing customer service who do not offer to Addis even though it’s inedible and now I’ve wasted £70 as cannot continue the plan

I have been using Habitual for a couple of months and so far am very pleased with the service I’ve received. Customer support is reliable although sometimes there is a delay in response time. The prescribers are very thorough and queried a couple of health issues I have and advised me accordingly.
The app has had a couple of hitches which I’ve reported, and I’ve found it to be slightly confusing at times but there is a huge amount of useful information on it and a generous credit system where ‘coins’ can be earned and used to part pay for your prescription. There are also products like soups and shakes etc available to buy although I haven’t tried those. All in all a good service.

I completed the programme through my GP and it worked well. But in the maintenance stage I like to use the products on occasions. Unfortunately, I can only have the vegan products as I’m allergic to milk.
I only really like the vegan banana porridge. On my latest order they’ve changed the recipe and don’t inform you. The new recipe is disgusting, very grainy & a horrible aftertaste.
I was disappointed that they refused to refund me my money and they are not cheap.
So be careful if you are ordering the vegan banana porridge & likes the previous recipe.

This is an excellent program IF you commit yourself to it. The first couple of weeks can be a bit hard and as you adjust you need to make sure you get the routine of the shakes every 4 hours fixed in your daily routine. The overall approach of a three phases is very structured and teaches the awareness and habits you need to maintain a healthier set of eating habits.

Joined habitual on the NHS plan to combat diabetes. I use the meals to help me maintain the weight loss and health benefits gained through doing this plan. The meals are tasty, nutritious and easy and quick to make. I have definitely found the perfect way to manage my condition and weight. I combine this with healthy eating but sometimes I need to do a reset. This is the perfect way to do it.

The prices are reasonable, the delivery and customer service are excellent and the banana porridge is delicious.

Delivery was really quick and packaged well. The products aren't quite as nice as they were when I started the programme back in December last year, but they're still pretty decent. The banana Porridge and chocolate shake taste different than they used to, but the cappuccino shake and potato and leek soup (new since then) are pretty decent. Still wish they did a banana shake tho!

I did not receive my voucher code in time and ran out of product. Sent two emails to the email addregiven and got no reply, the App is next to useless as the messaging function is inoperative.

I gave 3 stars because the variety of nhs meals provided coul be improved. The soups are too salty and not good for people with hypertension. However ordering and delivery via the website is great. Delivery is fast.
