The customer service team were brilliant when my order didn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. They made an extremely generous offer to make up for it. Their warm personal message came as such a welcome surprise in a world of chatbots. I was really impressed.

Top notch customer service
I had a really great experience with Vedeia.
Initially, I ordered a bag that turned out to be smaller than I expected. The measurements were listed on the website, but I didn’t quite realize how compact it would be, and the photos made it appear larger.
Although their return policy doesn’t accept opened products, their customer service went above and beyond. They kindly offered to send me a larger bag free of charge, which was such a generous solution.
The replacement arrived quickly and without any issues, and I absolutely love it — it’s exactly what I was looking for.
Overall, I’m very impressed with their support. The customer service is truly top-notch, and they made the whole experience feel easy and positive. I would definitely recommend them!

Order something for my gf for her birthday, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong color. Reached out to there support the next day, and they were able to change the order to teh color I initially wanted to order.
