Have just received bedding, mattress topper and protector, we had to wait a while for them but well worth the wait.
Quality is fantastic well made and fits perfectly
Nothing too much trouble with any questions or concerns they answer emails back straight away
So will recommend Tuck Me Under to the caravan family. Well Done Guys 👍

DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SHOWN ON THIS SITE. I have been waiting for 41 days now for my order of a fitted island bed sheet. I have chased my order 4 times only to receive a reply referring to their “terms and conditions of 28 days and I have been told I am negative and I have anger. I have attempted to telephone the company and again they do not answer their phone lines and they have a “we are all busy making your bedding”. They send out emails to customers saying see them at the Caravan Show, but to be up front here, the company care nothing about delivering a service standard and its obvious to me the company are fire fighting and just want the comfort of a big fat pillow of orders and up front customer’s money sat in their lap to look at and play with. My order also contained a dog shampooer/massager. That arrived yesterday - all the way from China and it’s so tacky and cost me a ridiculous amount of money for what it is. After an emailing them yesterday stating that I do not want any more tacky products from Tuck me Under and that my bed sheet needed immediate cancelling and refunding, I then received an email from a Michelle to say she couldnt find any past chase up emails and that my order was now on its way. I then received a fictitious tracking email which I COPIED AND PASTED FROM THEIR INFORMATION and then pasted into Royal Mail tracking only to find this was a number which didnt exist!! What a sham and today Im phoning my bank and will be looking into the finer details of the Laws of Distance Selling surrounding this company. As Michelle had replied to me stating that she couldnt find any of my chase up emails, I copied and pasted copies of all my past chase up emails which stated that I urgently required the bedding and she then said that they weren’t Amazon!!!!! What a fob off. I was twice told to go away as my 28 days weren’t up! 41 days isnt 28 days and this is so poor and the company who have completely lost sight of the customer in striving to get as many orders and folk’s upfront money behind them. No one expects to pay for an item upfront (the item is not something cheap) and then wait 41 days later to still not receive it, but the company can get a piece of tacky gear (the dog shampoo/massager) all the way from China, their attitude to customers is appalling and all Michelle has done is to insult me and insult my patience.

I made my order not realising how long it would take for the bedding to arrive ,but when I found out that all bedding is made to order so it is a perfect fit. My wife is well pleased with the bedding and we are considering another fitted sheet .You receive a card with your order informing about the person who made your bedding in our case it was Jasmine a superb job well done thank you very much

I would like to thank Michelle for all her help and getting my bedding out to me on time . We are first time caravans and for our first trip I used normal bedding witch was ok lots of faffing trying to get it looking neat and today , I appreciate bespoke bedding will cost more but I must say I was worth every penny it looks fantastic and it’s good quality bedding so thanks tuck me under . We ordered a bedding set for our caravan, which included a quilt, a duvet cover and 2 pillowcases.
when it arrived, the print on the duvet cover was clearly faulty. after spending a small fortune on this, we rang up and spoke to Michelle, to see how we could resolve this, to be told that it is not there problem, it was down to the manufacturers and there was nothing they could do. we were not happy about this and composed an email stating our consumer rights, where we were told we were blackmailing them. the attitude and poor service was shocking coming from a small, bespoke business like this. As a result of this we are now out of pocket and have to keep the damaged goods. Avoid at all costs!

Item never arrived. Tracking not originally sent, tracking number not recognised by courier, TMU said it was posted and delivered but I have no proof. Customer service were extremely unhelpful. Avoid.

Wasn't sure what I needed so called for some advice, The staff could not have been more helpful, the choice of fabric, colour and patterns for my bedding was HUGE. Quality of the items when they arrived was second to none. Would highly recommend and will use them again when we update our caravan.

Amazing company to deal with. They held our hand throughout the whole process.

All we had to do is tell them what make and model of caravan we had and what fabric we wanted and they did the rest. They found out the measurements for us and as soon as we ordered it we got our bedding within a week 😊

In fact the bedding was so good we also changed our curtains to match

Purchased a egyptian cotton sheet, great fit and excellent quality.
The staff were very helpful, will definitely purchased more bedding from them.

Where do I start. To place my order I phoned and spoke to Carlene who was so helpful. She advised me on the best items to purchase for my Commodore buccaneer caravan and talked me through my requirements. I bought a full bedding pack plus mattress protector and much to my surprise when it all arrived the duvet was in a really smart, well made embroidered material bag, ideal for storage and laundry. Great service all around. I will definitely use Tuckmeunder again and would recommend them every time. Great service and good prices

Simply awesome. These guys were mega helpful in getting a full set of bedding made for my van. To ensure the fit was perfect (as the bed is custom made), I went to their showroom in the Midlands and they took the measurements needed. The fit (as expected) was perfect, and the quality was beyond what expected. Will definately get more bedding from them.

Great service ,great product and delivery. Bamboo bedding and shaped by true seamstress skills amazing choice website even did my new curtains to match bedding you just don't get choice quality and attention to detail these days so wonderful to see something for the leisure tourer .

The two duvet covers they sent me where not the ones pictured/advertised. (The ones they sent me that I don’t want are a lot cheaper on Amazon. ) I now have to go through the hassle of returning them. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Purchased an island bed sheet last August, have used it for a total of 8 days, 2 washes and it doesn't fit anymore. I'll get slated for poor washing, and timescale from Tuck Me Under, but washed correctly and it doesn't matter on timescale. It was poor quality, for 40 quid and no customer service. Beware, read reviews before purchase.

We've been looking for a bit of luxury bedding recently as our existing bedding is 2 years old and decided on Tuck Me Under as they looked very good on the website and for £160 for base sheet, quilt cover and two pillowcases we were expecting the best.
If you do decide to use them yourself, please be very careful with colour choice as what they show on their website is nothing like the colour you'll end up getting through the post when your bedding is made. The quality isn't what you would expect for that money either so not as luxury as expected.
Even though the colour is a standard colour, the quilt size and shape is standard left hand cut out, they class this as bespoke so again absolutely no chance of any return.
Tuck Me Under T&Cs are very strict and not at all caring towards the buyer, so if you must use this company request samples first before you place your order so you can check the quality and colour.

With regard to customer service it was excellent until they had our money, they even got back to us out of normal working hours, but once they got our money in their bank this soon changed.

Overall a very disappointed outcome to what should have been luxury bedding.

I purchased a complete bed set for my caravan, including a clearance duvet cover. When it arrived the printing on duvet was clearly faulty as the leafy pattern was intermittent. I rang and spoke to a very abrupt customer service assistant who told me due to it being clearance I should have no complaint. The duvet was advertised as clearance not faulty. The assistant then told me she owned the company and wasn’t prepared to do anything not even a sorry. I would never use this company again and neither will my friends.

Not happy with this company. Sent detailed measurements of our campers mattress for a fitted sheet. Poor quality and workmanship and not deep enough to cover mattress. When emailing my complaint had nothing but abuse.
I for 1woukd not use them again.
