My switch went well, I wasn't happy that I had £160 taken out of my account a few days after I switched though with no warning!
Tulo less known = better all round service
Fast and simple switch didn't even realise it had happened. Literally done it all without any stress or hassle. So much for the major energy companies we all think we can rely on rip us off ,give inferior offers to loyal customers and we trust them blindly because of there name. Smaller providers like Tulo fight for are custom so provide better customer services and better rates best decision I made moving to Tulo A****

Tulo is a great company to use! I have never used customer service as I have never had an issue. I love how simple and easy to use the app is. I like the fact that all I have to do to submit meatera reading is to take a picture on my meters! Prices are great too! Highly recommend!
