Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd Avis

Great experience from initial quote through to installation. Both product and level of service were excellent. Would highly recommend.

A delightful company to work with. Very professional and personable. I would highly recommend both them and their high quality shutters.

These are the second shutters we purchased from TWS. The company are very professional, helpful, friendly and competitively priced. They were fitted within the time frame stated and are exactly what we wanted. Totally recommend this company.

Good choice of finishes and colours. Sound and simple advice about options. About a 12 week wait from measure up to installation. Very pleased with the finished product. No mess. Good quality product and installation.

We are very happy with the shutters fitted to the rooms at the front of the house. They look great! We could not fault the service we have received from Steve and the team throughout. It all went very smoothly and according to schedule. Thank you!

Tunbridge Wells Shutters were excellent from quotation through to installation, pricing was competitive and the quality of product is brilliant. The lead times were made clear from the start and ended up being spot on. We’re so happy with how our shutters look, they have transformed our lounge. We would use TWS again and would recommend to anyone interested in getting shutters fitted.

TWS were brilliant. From the initial quote to installation. Steven was very friendly and prompt on his initial visit. The quote was very competitive and I'm really glad I went with TWS. The shutters took 15 weeks to arrive, which I was told at the beginning and on the installation day, Steven, Al and Iain were excellent. They were friendly, hard working and EXTREMELY tidy. Their attention to detail in the finishing was impeccable too.

The whole experience was exemplary. The advice given during the visit to measure and quote was very helpful, and the price quoted was very reasonable. The shutters arrived earlier than expected, and were fitted quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Tunbridge Wells Shutters.

We’ve just moved house and used Tunbridge Wells Shutters around 10yrs ago, they did a fabulous job back then and we’re just as thrilled this time around. Steve and his team were professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend to anyone.
We’ve already asked them to come back and quote/install for several other windows!
Thank you TWS!

Great service and communication throughout our project. Quality work, fulfilling all expectations supported by the excellent reviews left on this platform.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Thrilled with my new shutters - thank you

I’m 100% thrilled with my new Shutters. They totally transform the look of our house. This is the second time I’ve used Tunbridge Wells Shutters and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The team were professional throughout the process of quotation right up to the fitting. They carried out a thorough and very tidy job in a surprisingly short space of time. They are welcoming and friendly and their quotation came up the cheapest when I initially began making comparisons. Thank you team.

Great experience from start to finish with Tunbridge Wells Shutters. This company was recommended to me and I have in turn recommended them to my immediate neighbour who has paid us a big compliment saying the shutters look great. Steve of TWS was quick to come and measure up and talk through all the options. The quotes arrived promptly as promised. It was Steve that fitted them, done very efficiently, leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards. We had shutters fitted to all 3 windows at the front of our house, which is brand new and very modern and the shutters look fantastic and are perfect for our needs. Very professional firm with great communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This is a fantastic company: really reliable, considerate, professional and attentive to details. Steve spent a long time with us, working out the best, most aesthetically pleasing design for the shutters and looking to foresee and overcome any practical issues with fitting. They communicate well and reliably. They are extremely courteous. We are thrilled with the shutters and with the quality of service.

Great shutters and an excellent service from start to finish. The shutters are good quality, a quick fitting and they look amazing.

Well made shutters, helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Great shutters, expertly fitted and competitively priced. Very pleased with every element of the service from measuring to fitting. Really nice people too.

Lovely shutters, good quality and very well fitted. So much better than the ones we had fitted over ten years ago! Steve was very efficient and his advice was immensely useful in helping to match the older shutters and achieve the look I wanted.

The process of ordering and having our shutters fitted was very easy.
All staff were professional and helpful and the shutters have been fit to a very high standard, we will definitely use Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd again!
