Turfmatic Avis 

I've been using my sweeper for about 6 weeks now, it cleans my turf great, easy to use. I noticed that one of my back wheels was damaged during shipping and I cannot seem to get a response out of them after a couple of emails. Phone calls are a negative as well. This product works great, customer service is lacking.

Doesn't collect debris as sown in the video. Picks up about half as advertised,

Easy to order, shipped quickly, well packaged, easy to put the handle on. Worked great

Paid extra for shipping for 2 day but it still took an entire week to get delivered! I felt shipping should have been free anyways though! The cost of the product was okay until shipping costs were added which then drove up the taxes too. This is a tool that should cost $300 plus shipping but since it was the fastest option I opted for it over the more expensive tool at the local depot! Turns out after shipping it it was the same price as the cordless option I would’ve received on the same day that this actually got delivered! Now I think I still have to go buy the other tool because this just takes way too long.

Was skeptical of any of these sweepers on the market but this works perfectly! Finally have an easy way to get pine needles up and all the chewn up dog toy stuffing stuck in turf. Couldn't be happier with results. Turf looks amazing!

Great product, to bad they lack in good customer service. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else for future turf needs. There lack of communication needs work.

It sweeps up leaves and needles great, just wish it would get all the way to the cinder block fence but still it is so much less work raking and grateful for that.

Great product, easy to use, and cleaned up turf nicely.

Works well when it runs. However, after 15 minutes of running it shuts off. The outside temperature was about 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I let it sit for a few minutes and it started running again for about 5 minutes. The motor must be overheating and it shuts down to prevent overheating. Bad design.

Used The Turmatic for the first time for about an hour and a half. Works as described, takes a few passes to get all the debris that’s on the turf. It cannot collect debris that’s close to a fence or structure. Does good job fluffing up grass that are laying flat. Build quality is acceptable, only time will tell on durability and longevity. So far I would recommend.

Turfmatic is a terrible company to deal with.

You should not buy anything from this company. There do not care!

Very impressed with the Turfmatic , does what we expected of it, much quicker and better than a turf brush, I would recommend it.

I love my Turfmatic™ 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper! I have a pepper tree which drops a lot of small leaves and seeds and the machine picked up the mess easily saving me a lot of time! Putting it together was really easy. For now I only experimented with the two top settings and they did the job no problem.
I am really happy with my purchase, money well spent!

Love my new Turfmatic! The whole purchasing process went very smooth!

Over loads, blows breakers in 15-20 minutes of use. Brush can’t get closer than 6” from edges. Save your money and find another option.
