I subscribed to receive a 3-month supply of turmeric supplements and, initially, the service was excellent. Emails were answered promptly, changes were handled efficiently, and the product quality was very good.

However, since March 2025 things have deteriorated significantly. My subscription payments have been taken on time, but the product has not been delivered. After considerable effort to get a response, I was offered an alternative which didn't cover my 3-month subscription. I had to purchase extra via a high street supplier.

The problem has now happened again: payment taken, no product delivered. When I contacted customer service via online chat, I was told my order number could not be found — even though it appears in my account. I was told it would be referred to a senior adviser, but I’ve heard nothing further.

The product is also out of stock elsewhere, yet the company continues to take subscription payments without notifying customers of supply issues or responding to queries.

This is very disappointing after such a strong start. I cannot recommend the subscription service based on this experience. I've requested a refund. Will it happen?

I’m not saying it isn’t good as I’m sure it is the problem with these ones is they keep coming back up sometimes and the taste is awful, I take a lot of supplements and none of them do this to me I take lots of water to get it down, any suggestions please??

Kept taking my money on subscription when out of stock and no notifications or communication. Outrageous - will never buy from again

The first bottle i bought was great the second bottle had bits in it
Reached out to the supplier and was asked if i bought through amazon..which i did not
The customer service is very slow in geting back to you
I was advised by my sister to throw the bottle away which i did ..so i have wasted 25 pounds

Very helpful team, respond quickly to emails and queries.I had been prescribed statins which did have the side effect of aching / clicking joints so I have bought the wild omega 3 Nordic fish oil, as suggested by a friend. Omg in just 5 days the difference is unbelievable, instead of going downstairs with a hop and a hobble I can now happily run down them. I appreciate this sounds too good to be true, but would genuinely advise anyone in a similar situation to try this.

The ashwagandha liquid bottle saved my life, it’s the best product I’ve tried. It saved my anxiety within 2 days of taking it, as it’s liquid form it gets into your system quicker. I stopped having anxiety and heart palpitations by taking this product, it tastes delicious it doesn’t even have to be diluted. My anxiety was severe to the point where I thought I wouldn’t see the next day.. this product stopped me feeling like this it’s 10/10, I’d highly recommend people with anxiety to take this!

My daughter and I take this on a daily basis and have noticed a huge difference in our gut health. I have also recommended it to a friend who has IBS and she says it has transformed her life.

I have a subscription delivery, and use on a daily basis. I have a chronic inflammatory condition and I find this product really helps as I don't use anti inflammatory medicine. Would recommend
