It is a fraud company
It is a fraud company. They charge your card even if the lesson didn't happen. Most shocking, when I asked why the payment, they disabled my account!! Sent email to support and they don't even bother.

I’ve been trying to log into my account…
I’ve been trying to log into my account to join or cancel lessons, but it’s impossible. Every time I log in, my profile incorrectly shows as a tutor, even though I am a student. Because of this error, I’ve already missed a lesson—and the company continues to charge me.
On top of that, they automatically set up weekly lessons from the start, and I can’t even cancel them.
There is no phone support, and the only resolution method is email, which can take 24 hours or more to respond. This is completely unacceptable and the lack of urgent support is outrageous. I strongly advise caution before using this service.

I was given a poor review by a student…
I was given a poor review by a student for a reason that was not my fault. Tutorful reviewed it and removed the review quickly. I appreciate Tutorful for protecting tutors against unfair reviews or reviews that are not reflective of what occurred. Emily is who I was in contact with from Tutorful and she was very helpful.

Real progress and great support

Fabulous Tutorful tutor!
We found a fabulous tutor through Tutorful for our daughter, who is an undergraduate studying, Economics. He has exceptional knowledge of the subject and has a great way of teaching, he makes it fun but makes sure she has gained a full understanding of the topics covered, he’s amazing!

Good tutors but no admin help
Used two tutors, both have been very good. Would give 5 stars but the admin help has vanished (it was good a few months ago). I referred a friend which should give us both £25 but the link didn’t work and no one answers the email anymore. So I am posting it here in the hope that someone responds.

Help for our daughter’s English A-level
My daughter needed some help with getting her A-level English grade improved and we found a fantastic tutor called Hannah on Tutorful. It’s easy to find the tutors you require and the whole website is easy to use. The ability to watch a lesson again, or view old whiteboards, is really helpful, as is reviewing what was covered, how it went and what comes next.
My daughter has greatly benefited from this experience, her grades have been improving, and, importantly, she is enjoying it.

Found a fantastic tutor

Fantastic experience and a briliant tutor!
