Paula was good.

She was obviously very informed and experienced. She knew how to answer every question thoroughly and gave examples and references for her examples. I know this class is highly dependent upon it's teachers, and Paula was a good one.

Good information presented. Very helpful and detailed.

The sessions were good, a little fast-paced for me at times, but I got the information. The content can be dense at times as well, but I suppose that is just the nature of the content. Overall, I am glad I took this course.

George was a fantastic source for the Six Sigma Green Belt course! The class was excellent!!! I would recommend 10 out of 10!!!!

I took their PMP prep course. The teacher seemed unfamiliar with the slide deck, was unable to answer basic industry questions and materials were only provided when asked for, sometimes. Three weeks post course and still waiting for basic materials that were promised many times. I’m blown away the organization I work for would hire this poor solution.

Paula Shafer did a stellar job conveying the class material. Her broad knowledge and on-the-job PM work experiences kept the class interesting. Her examples of customer and project management experiences inserted throughout the training were especially useful….helping me to grasp the concepts of where I would use certain processes or methodology. She provided extra material to the class that will be useful for calculating earned value and creating precedent diagrams. She also researched the answers to some of our questions about additional learning material, the certification test, etc. I appreciate her extra effort and willingness to help us succeed.
