I ordered the medium towelling robe but it was too small. They kindly sent the larger size really quickly and answered all my questions. I will buy from them again. Great service and the robe is so cozy.

Excellent customer service. Although the wrong size was initially sent to me, on phoning them and explaining and also that the item was needed quickly as a birthday present, they went out of their way to put this right. They rushed through the replacement order (which had been out of stock), keeping me advised of when the item was sent out and checking I had received it. Item received well in advance of the time needed. Very friendly and efficient service, both on the phone and by email.

These guys seriously went above and beyond. Item off eBay never arrived, I contacted them, within 24hrs a replacement arrived. Five Star service, however, 3 weeks later I get notification from Royal Mail they had the original … I paid the postage and took photographic evidence of this and forwarded an email. They politely let me keep the skate bearings … top class customer service!!! Thank you!!!!!
