I wanted to leave a really positive review because they were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Marilu was especially amazing — so attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process.
I honestly didn’t expect my issue to be resolved so quickly — everything was handled in such a fast and efficient way. I had already tried reaching out to several gynecologists, but unfortunately none of them were able to help me. With their help, I finally found a real solution and felt truly heard and understood.
I’m so grateful, especially to Marilu, for the support and dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone in need!

The whole process to start was so easy! Each delivery is on time and the team has been to helpful with any questions I may have. I had to renew my prescription so I had a video call with Dr. Shelby Hughes and she was so friendly and considerate of my time. She was straight to the point and was willing to help. RUN AWAY
DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible, horrible services. I use them because they bought the company I was using previously (and loved!).
They send a million emails for the same thing, and when you need support its practically impossible to have a single threaded conversation (which I've had to do multiple times).
For some reason, getting my prescription shipped to me incurs a copay of $107 for a SINGLE PACK, whereas if I pick up from my pharmacy its $0. They say its because of how my insurance works but that seems suspicious no?? My insurance has ZERO copay on my prescription but if I go through Twentyeight Health its 100?!
So, I had to go back and forth multiple times to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy, only on my next order for this request to not be honored though I explicitly restated this request during the prescription renewal process. They then tell me I can't cancel the shipment because I clicked to approve my copay (which I only did because I thought there would be an option to not approve it). I even emailed them right away, restating that I had requested it be sent to my pharmacy and I DO NOT WANT IT TO BE SHIPPED.
They have shitty processes, are absolutely not customer focused, and a general headache to deal with. I'd say this company is a borderline scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. Go onto reddit and see the real reviews, I'll be surprised if this one stays up. I see you and you all should be out of business.

Advertise specific brands, then ship you generics
Accepted my order for a particular brand of birth control (and charged me for it), then filled the prescription with a generic. Said they’d process a courtesy replacement but then kept asking for my signature on file for future orders. I read reviews after this experience saying it’s nearly impossible to get them to cancel orders/stop billing you so I wasn’t about to authorize anything additional when they never made the first order right. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

They insist on using a company that…
They insist on using a company that ships it. I called the company my insurance and spoke to Krogers. I need them to send the prescription to Kroger. I have tried calling and it’s not a working number. The only person who replies is Bri. I’m assuming I’ve made Bri mad but I’ve been nothing but polite. Instead of contacting Kroger Bri said she needs to contact the company they use then they’ll be in contact with me. I’m assuming she will wait til the very end but I’m writing this anyhow cause I’ve started my cycle. If I would’ve gotten my pills I would not have. Do you get compensated for using the pharmacy that delivers? Is that why there is a hold up contacting them to send my prescription local? I’ll also be calling the insurance company and the state to do what I can because this is just being petty for no reason. All they have to do is send my prescription and Krogers. People need to learn to be kind. If it weren’t for people like me you wouldn’t have a job.

JC and all the staff at Twenty Eight Health consistently go above and beyond to make sure my health needs are met. I had unexpectedly run out of a necessary prescription and after 1 simple correspondence I had my medication at my door within 2 days!

Very quick to respond and I live a very…
Very quick to respond and I live a very busy life it would have taken me weeks to get an appointment at an OB and get birth control. I was able to get approved and have it at my door within two weeks. Once I was approved it took 5 days for my medicine to be delivered. You can opt to pick it up at your local pharmacy which means you'll get it even quicker. The doctor didn't really communicate at all but the staff did very well. I would recommend! They also ask you if you plan to skip your period so you never have to worry about being without!

Convenient, easy to use, and helpful
I’ve been using Twentyeight Health for a few years now, and the experience has largely been positive. It’s a really convenient way to get a birth control prescription, and you can always talk to a provider if you’re having an issue with your current brand. The customer service is also very good; everyone is always helpful and willing to work through an issue. In particular, Clear and Mel were able to help me quickly and efficiently through recent issues.
