As I live close to this company, I hand delivered my old phone. Within approx 6 hours the money was in my bank account. Excellent service.

I've sold tons of clothes and a phone so far, quick and easy as long as it's well described. Prices are going down which is a shame but still pretty happy with it, please fix phone lines, I can't get code veryfication and log back in

Excellent service - received payment the day the phone arrived with them and they gave me an extra £20 to what was originally quoted. Helpful email exchange when the original box for posting the phone didn’t arrive.

I was very dubious about sending to my iPhone to one of these companies but I must say it has gone without a hitch. I didn't use their own free tracked service as I was a little paranoid and wanted my phone signed for so I have proof of delivery. Credit where credit is due, they paid the exact amount quoted. Phone was sent Monday 9am, I was paid Tuesday 4pm.

I’ve sold 2 phones through Twig this month. Not only did they offer a great price for them, the whole experience was amazing. Tracked postage, acknowledgement immediately on receipt, same day assessment/testing and texts throughout with updates… and they even offered me a few pounds more than the original valuations. Money was in my account later the same day. Communication was great. Not many places you get such excellent service theses days but Twig were brilliant and now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and will recommend to anyone who will listen 😆

Absolute scam! Waited over a week for their packaging to arrive with no luck, sent my phone in on Wednesday the 30th of august delivered Thursday 31th of august, I used their own free 24 track label with Royal Mail. Friday the 1st of September still haven’t heard from them, so I emailed them to only find out that had lost my mint iPhone 12 Pro Max and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday next week!!!! No care in the world!! I have already contacted trading standards that have informed me that they are completely liable for this and if I can not solve this, they we get involved.

Posted my phone on Thursday, got an email on Friday morning to say the phone had been received and had the agreed payment amount in my bank that afternoon. Brilliant quick service

Brilliant service, posted the phone off yesterday morning, money has just arrived in my bank now. Offered a very competitive price, kept me up to date throughout the whole process from receipt of the phone to payment. Really recommend

So I was sceptical, price on offer was great but went for it. Used the Freepost label they e-mailed me. Got notification next day that they got my goods and would assess. Came back and paid me £5 more than they originally offered, in my bank the same day. One day all trade in websites will be this good, fabulous.

Would never use again or reccommend. Send the phone in in ‘good condition’ with no scratched screen. In the original iPhone box and packaged sufficiently.

Reduced the offer saying scratches to screen which could be seen from 30cm away. These were most definitely not there.

Sent a photo of a phone which could easily be a stock photo!

Do not trust, clearly a regular scam! Likely to receive a now damaged phone back too!

Very easy - they provided packaging and tracked postage, and then paid the amount due for my phone almost immediately (within 48 hours of postage). Fantastic.
