This is a scam
I sent them my phone which was only replaced by insurance 2 weeks prior and was literally in perfect condition. I’m not exaggerating. They have knocked off £100 due to scratches so I asked to see a picture and they’ve sent an image of “my phone” with chips and scratches all over it. Defo not my phone! The picture looks like it’s a different colour phone too. I have asked them to send my phone back and no doubt I’ll get a damaged phone in return. Absolute scam

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, they offered me £217 for my phone, I sent it back with the original box, charger plug, cable and ear pods ,
They then said the screen was scratched ! absolutely not the case !!
I have the photos to prove it !!
I am 70 years old , don’t use the phone a lot, and it was kept in a case, and I rejected the offer,as it was only £140 !
You cannot contact them by phone, I have requested them to return my phone.
